I started with *************** in June 2022. I paid him a 50% deposit for two furnaces and ductwork for a multi unit that Im working on. month after month there was one delay after another. The first delay, he bought the wrong size trunk for the ductwort. Then he was getting a lot of AC calls, then some personal problems, then it was inspections. Always an excuse, its been six months later December now he is busy with no heat calls, oh and his current situation he has Covid so will be another 5 days. *************** does not answer calls or text. Its a shame my electrician calls him and he answers his calls. ****** heating and cooling is a joke.Initial Complaint

I Purchased a muti-unit building on March 9, 2022. I got Millers Heating & cooling contact number from the seller contractor. May 2022, I contacted Millers heating & cooling regarding neither H- Vac united was working. **************** told me that he never completed the work job. he figured someone would contact him then he said he had forgot about the job May 24,2022 **************** scheduled me appointment for Thursday May 26,2022 he was to be at my home between 10am-11am. I had to text **************** at 11:07am to see if he was still coming. **************** informed me that he doesn't do A/C with the threat of rain and let's see what the weather would be like tomorrow. **************** reschuled me for Saturday May 28,2022 between the hours of 10am -11am. I called *** ****** at 9:59, 10:25 & 10:54 checking on his arrival time at 12:04 pm **************** texted me saying he had been in urgent card with his son. **************** came by Tuesday May312022j units still not working. My next appointment Friday June3, 2022 I called him to check if he was still keeping appointment, he canceled he had no freon. **************** should had informed me. **************** told me he has no idea why fuses keep blowing my system is open with all wires exposed I told ***************** I was done with him he has been working on system to long. On June 27,2022 **************** was ordering a gut for the system on June 28,2022 he was to let me know when part arrives its July 24, 2022, I haven't heard from **************** I will show picture how he has left my home this issue is the unit 1 system also condensation from unit 2 has come down my closet wall and damage my clothing and has my closet smelling like wet moisture. I have small children at my home for him to leave wires open like this. The second-floor unit has been left without airflow as well! **************** was told that the air would only flow through the first bedroom and living room and the apartment has been stuffy and hot this second-floor unit cannot be used.
