If you want your time wasted, inept communication, and for the owner to get very personal and call you a name, then this is your place. Nothing but confusing information all around. I first couldn't even get a hold of them by phone. I kept leaving voicemails and eventually they were not returned. So I turned to email and started to get somewhere. I was offered an initial day, then it was revoked by the owner because being X (insert negative adjective) does not get you an appointment sooner. Ultimately I was going to take it, but told him I was not available during that time, which he just repeated what he initially said "Thursday 8-2". I began to wonder if this was a joke....I was asking questions about the cost of the service because my AC is under warranty (previous owner's choice--not mine), but could not get a straight answer.This is just business. It is not personal. It should not even be hard. Not recommended. Use Abt instead.

TDH Mechanical excelled in every respect. My furnace failed on a Saturday morning and a *** technician was at my home early Saturday afternoon. Upon initial inspection I was told that the problem was likely a faulty thermocouple. Replacing a faulty thermocouple may be the least expensive repair that can be performed on a furnace. I now had confidence that *** could be trusted to give me an honest assessment of the problem. A new thermocouple did not fix the problem and a more expensive repair was needed. I asked about purchasing a new furnace instead of making the repair. *** explained in detail the new furnace options but at no point was I pushed or encouraged to buy a new furnace. I decided to purchase a new furnace. On Monday morning the *** installers arrived at the promised time. They were just as courteous and patient with my questions as was the *** technician who diagnosed the failure. Their attention to detail and the craftsmanship of their work was outstanding. When the furnace installation was completed it made the previous installation look like a hack job. In addition to the beautiful installation *** also provided a few valuable extras. The furnace was raised off of the basement floor to prevent damage to the furnace in case the basement flooded. The original furnace switch was replaced with a switch and AC outlet combination. (It is a significant convenience to have an outlet in that area of my basement.) After the installation was completed and the furnace was providing heat the installer checked my thermostat wiring to verify that it was configured to make the best use of the new furnace capabilities. *** is an honest company that takes pride in their work and the service that they provide. When my old air conditioner needs repair or replacement I will be calling ***.
