      10/13/2021 I contacted Old Republic Insurance because my sons vehicle was hit by one of their customers carrying their insurance. I was put in touch with ***************************. Claim number 4AZ110D2G430001. I was advised to send an email. I emailed that day and again on 10/26/2021, 11/4/2021 and 11/22/2021. On 11/22/2021 I called and asked for a supervisors phone number and information and was given *************************** information. I called and left him a voicemail and then sent him an email on 11/22/2021. On 11/22/2021 I was told they were working on my claim, but they did not have a police report. I was also told to file with my own insurance, to which I told them I would not do as the police report clearly stated my son was not at fault. On 11/23/2021 I was told that the information would be sent to an adjuster. Sometime in December (I am not sure of the exact date) an adjuster called me out of the blue and then came to my workplace and took photos of the damage done to the vehicle. I was then shortly after sent a claim approval letter to an email address different then the email address we had been communicating with. On 12/23/21 I reached out yet again as I still was unsure how to proceed and after numerous calls by both myself and my husband not being returned we had yet to get our vehicle repaired. I received a reply from ****** stating that a check could be sent directly to myself and I opted to do so. It is now 1/14/2022 and I have written them several times and the response I keep getting is that they understand my frustration and are working on issuing my payment. This has been going on for four months now. I have rescheduled many appointments for my vehicle and will now be paying out of pocket for repairs. This company has agreed to repair it and has agreed that they are at fault and I want them to issue the check for the repairs totaling $1568.32.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address the complaint involving Juleeia ********* and Paramount Logistics.  Old Republic Insurance Company provides the following information from our third-party handling administrator, Sedgwick CMS:


      The complaint was reviewed, and the following was determined: The claims and allegations of unresponsiveness were due to communication delays due to third-party banking issues.  They have since been resolved. 
      Once the payment was issued and sent via ***** Overnight, the adjuster sent an email to ********************** to advise her that the payment was issued and how it was sent. ********************** was given the tracking information on January 28, 2022. This issue appears to be resolved to the satisfaction of the claimant and complainant.

      I have been trying to reach them for a while. They never return my calls. I have a claim that I need to discuss with them. I want them to reach out to me ASAP.

      We received this complaint on October 19, 2021.  To identify the matter in question, we called the complainant that same day to get additional information needed to provide a substantive response.  A Third Party Administrator (***) is handling the claim in question, and we immediately contacted them once we had details that identified the claim.  The *** advised us that they are currently working with the complainant's attorney to get the necessary information to finalize liability.  As this is in an attorney's hands, the *** and the insurance company can only make direct contact on this matter with the attorney.

      We regret any concern on the part of the complainant, but we hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.
