worst batch of liars, very bad commutation skills, deceitful underhanded, group i have every worked with. and sorry i chose this business. they still owe me $100.00 from the close of the sale of our home. i have called the hot line and emailed for over a month now no answer. they don't deserve a star.. i only gave a 1 star cause i had to. to precede forward. i do not have any nice things to say.Review from John K

Just closed on my Texas property yesterday! I had a nice house in *******, I bought it, gutted it out and redid everything. I was going to rent it out but I hate being a landlord so when these guys gave me a call to buy my property, I was excited. Everything went smooth, they offered 30 closing days and we got it done in like 3 weeks. I got paid, I'm happy. These guys never gave me a issue so I applaud them.Review from Thomas D

My name is ****** and I just signed my second purchase agreement with Funding by Empire. I had a nice beach front condo in ***** that they were able pay me for a few months back. I made profit on that property so I was happy. I had mentioned I had other properties in ***** and ********* so when I thought about selling my rental property in ***********, I called them and they approved me same day. Were in the process of closing on this property right now and theyve been reaching out non stop to provide assistance. Particularly ********* has been holding my hand throughout this sale. Ive read these other reviews and I dont have one bad thing to say about these guys. I had hour long conversations with ********* regarding my 2 unit where he asked me for every detail. They never had to ask me for a price reduction once, they never contacted me with issues. Theyve been extremely helpful throughout my last sale in ***** and this one Im currently involved in. If I want to sell my vacation home in ************ any time soon, im calling these guys again.Review from Kevin D

I recently completed a real estate transaction with Funding By Empire, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Although the process took 2 months, the team consistently communicated and ensured I got exactly what I asked for. Their professionalism and dedication made the wait worthwhile. I entered a contract with them in *********, ** in good faith with a 3% ******* deposit, and even granted them the due diligence visit for photographs before receiving that deposit, to later learn they felt like they paid too much and cancelled the contract. I never received the ******* deposit despite multiple attempts to speak to several of their reps (and the owner of the company, ****). I would not recommend doing business with them as the phone lines dried up after we entered the contract.Review from John G

We are in the process of reading the agreement and offer as well as vetting this company, as this is the largest transaction of our lifetime. We trust that the forthright answers we have received so far will be consistent with the "honest and fair" transaction that we are expecting. 4 stars indicates our satisfaction so far but will withhold the 5 star rating until we have completed our transaction.Review from Denise D
