Last July we were selling our ***************************** an offer from a veteran.we took it and got to the inspection, ******, and the realator, ************************************ came to our house for the inspection. When ****** came he and the realtor clearly knew each other ,which my undrstdg was that theyre not supposed to. ****** tested the *** outlet andwhen he pushed it. He did not turn it back on. he didnt push it again so the outlet would work. Unfortunately, our freezer and refrigerator were connected to that gfi. this was early in the day , temp of 95 or 100 my fridge completely warmed at 51 or 52 the freezer also thawed out to whereblood pooled from meat that defrosted. It was disgusting. my husband saw it first on the outside of the fridge. we tried to go through the realtors. ************************* eventually said he was going to talk to ****** because I called the business phone and was verbally assaulted by the father. He called me names and told me I was *****. I told him I had medicine that was $1300 a box and there was two boxes. One it was a high demand medicine thats generally out of stock and to the insurance company will not pay for a lost prescription . We didnt hear from him again for a while when I finally got in touch with him he said that ****** was not calling him back he assured me that he would take care of it.i finally all to ****** who said. no way did he not reset it.. This went back-and-forth for a few months and I finally called again and talked to ****** he agreed to pay me $2000 for everything that was in the refrigerator and the freezer I took inventory, which which ******* asked for The issue was I had two boxes of diabetic medicine that I need and it is $2600 /2 mo I askd for their ins and was told there wasnt any. we sttld on $2000 over a month. If I took down a neg ****** review.. I agreed to take it down when paid. I sent our agreement by text as reqstd,that was our last contact. Still no $. Wont return calls or give ins info
