A reservation was made in my boss's name (*******) for check in on 4/27-4/30.. It was non refundable. He no longer could go so it was raffled off to the company and I won it. I was told I can reschedule the dates. On 4/14/23 I did exactly that. I rescheduled it for 6/26-6/29 and was told there would be a $5 fee each additional night due to switching from 1 bed to 2 beds. I said no problem. On 6/23/23 I called back to reschedule again as something came up. I was told they did not have my reservation in the system. It was considered a no show and is non refundable. I have the reservation number. I have proof that I called to reschedule on the 14th. The transaction was lost on the hotels end and this should be fixed.Initial Complaint

My daughter is rehabbing from a life changing surgery that we paid out of pocket $40,000.00 for. We waited a week to have housekeeping make up our room. When we got back I found that they had thrown away 2 bags of our medical supplies. It took me 2 requests to have security search the dumpster. I ubered to cvs to get missing items only to be told they dont sell them. They sent me to North ****************. A nurse there acted like I was a drug seeker. My daughter went 3 hours over her medical needs timeline. Security found the items in the dumpster. Hopefully using these items does not end in an infection. The hotel has made zero attempts to pacify us after this stressful experience.
