I ordered a blow drier with a credit card I never use. 5 minutes after ordering I got an alert that my card was used fraudulently and they declined the purchase. This company is a scam. I would not recommended. Im trying to contact them about my purchase and I cant get anyone to answer.Review from Andrew B

If I could give this company zero, I would. This was my first and last time ordering from this company I placed an order for a 25 pound bag of corn starch. A few days later I received a box of 200 count 10 pans. I immediately called their customer service line about the mix up and was lied to and reassured that a replacement package was being shipped out that same day. I called two days later to follow up on the new shipment when I was told that it hadn't gone out and in order for it to go out I would have to send pictures of what I received. That wouldn't have been a problem had I been told that during the first phone call. Be cautious when ordering through this company! You have been warned.Review from Joel S

Had never heard of them before ordering from them and I was hesitant. I wanted to order a few thousand $$ of electrical equipment for my RV. At the end of the day, I went ahead with the order and have placed a total of 3 orders with them now in the past 5 months. The longest I've ever had to wait for them to ship my order is the same business day. They send me 20% off coupons almost weekly now in the mail and their prices on this equipment was the best I had seen, so the extra coupon codes have come in handy.Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future!Review from Mark S

First off I just want to say this is my first ever review. They lied about the ship date of my hardware 6 times - pushed it off for six weeks. Said they could not contact the supplier directly. Yes, they advertise that they have real customer service representatives - but they all talk using a script so it's hardly any different than talking to a robot. I wish they would have just told me the truth up front instead of keeping false promises the whole time. Even when I put in a request for information it was always the same "It could take up to 12 business days to hear back" and then I would never actually hear back and would have to call them myself. STAY FAR AWAY! THEY HAVE COSTED ME SO MUCH MONEY!!!! I hope they don't charge me after I have cancelled the order... I guess only time will tell - since they said it could take up to 12 days to cancel the order. ITS NOT **** - you're not cancelling orders VIA snail mail. PLEASE explain to me HOW AND WHY it could possibly take 12 days to cancel an order.Thank you.Review from Jared H

Zoro is a scam company. Avoid any an all purchases. I gave them one star only because they had the item I needed. Ordered a pool pump on a Wednesday and paid extra for 2 day air. Monday rolled around and nothing arrived. The customer service agent was mid calculation for the refund of the additional shipping and then flat out refused to provide it. I asked her to go through the mental gymnastics of explaining how Thursday, Friday, and Monday don't count as "three" days to provide 2 day air. Money grab company. I read the reviews but I ordered anyway because the price was better than I could find elsewhere. I ordered on May 18 and it was sitting on my front porch an May 20. I can't ask for faster service than that.
