This investigation was prompted by a pattern of complaints from consumers. We have not been able to connect with the business in regard to the allegations.

              I received a call from Vortex IT Solutions - indicating that I have a service that they were going to charge my credit card to unless I logged into my computer to cancel this order $199.99. They refused to cancel this $199.99 charge unless I logged in my computer - I googled the company and they had a different number I called that number and it routed me to the first number that I called - they appear to be a scam operation
