  ****. I thought ***** was trustworthy enough to get my passport from. Little did I know, they sent all my info to RushMyPassport and GovWorks, which are two scam sites. They took $150 from me, told me they would refund me within a few days after filling out a refund request, and then ghosted me and now its been weeks. I try to contact customer service and nobody answers the phone or gives you a call back. I don't know what to do at this point, except write this review hoping someone out there doesn't get scammed like I and many others did.

  If only I could shut this business down. I went here to rush my passport, thinking im using my time wisely by applying for an emergent passport while im at work. Nope. This is a scam. Please avoid at all cost.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. A TOTAL SCAM. RUINED OUR TRIP. WE HAD TO CANCEL AND LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. NO HELP OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. SCAM!!!!!!

  I filed via rush my passport. After you fill out the paperwork the passport doesnt go to the govt it goes to the company rush my passport for some reason. Then after two months nothing ! When I called they ask for more money over the phone because they said oh it looks like someone tried to change your check that was for the govt agency! I have now paid almost $700 and still no passport. I waited 4 months, have paid two rush fees and now they say I need to sign an affidavit that wasnt included in my package and they said I didnt fill it out with the original paperwork. I was really suspicious and I called the govt passport place myself and they told me my passport was never filed and that they do not have it. I had to defile again with another over $230 so we are at almost $1000 and file a Stolen passport. The guy from the govt said I had been scammed and that there is no rush! He instructed me to immediately to and file new paperwork for a stolen passport. This company I feel has not only taken my old passport but scammed me out of a lot of money. Again there is no such thing as RUSH. ***** and AAA contracts with this company according to the internet?! Also there are three different names on paperwork I have. A totally different name on rhe affidavit they wanted me to sign. A different company name for the last two emails. And they are asking for more money on the last email. I would love a refund and my old passport back! Shame on these companies. I

  Total scam. Took $200, gave us an inaccurate application then sent ** to the post office acceptance agent. We lost a week by paying for this scam service. Even the passport agent told us they have NO affiliation with Rush My Passport and are not acceptance agents for this company. So we paid them almost $200 for them to inaccurately fill out an application. WTF.

  I filed through Rush my passport on 2/23/23. I went to Fed Ex and the Fed Ex agent went through all of my paperwork and assured everything was there. I watched him put everything in the envelope. Somewhere along the way my marriage certificate was lost. I don't know how that happened- It left ***** **- went to their processing center somewhere in *******- then went to the National Passport Center in *************. I saw it go in the envelope in ***** and the clerk checked everything off. My trip is in 19 days. I paid a lot of money for expedited services and would like a refund for the absolute worst service I've ever experienced from automated bots. Every time I've chatted/called/spoke to the Rush my passport people they just tell me they will let me know if there is any update. Never mind you have to call a service and hope you are available when they call you back. I Fed Ex'd another marriage cert on Thursday to the passport office. It was received. I am still waiting. Will never use this service again- it's an absolute waste of money. If you think they are going to help you get it faster- You're wrong. They care as much as the passport agency. I would not recommend this service. The only reason it gets two stars is that it was easy to use their system. But the customer service and process is absolute garbage as they could give a c*** Money making scam. They are not part of the US passport ************** and are a third party agency. I will continue to post this review everywhere I can think of as this has been an experience I would wish on no one.

  Yes!! I was scammed with rushmypassport.com! We are leaving on a cruise in a few months and needed to get passports for my kids. They immediately charged me $163.90 each. Plus, when I was filling out the application it shut me out and when I went back it had me create a new application and charged me an additional $163.90! $491.70 later and all I received was a .pdf printout of my application that I could have done myself. Also they gave me suggestions to find an appointment closest to me only to find out that I could have gone to the same place as a walk-in. I had to pay the the government again to process 2 child applications and a processing fee through the post office itself! It makes me sick that people take advantage of the desperate and naive such as myself. I want to leave negative stars!!

  Agree with others that this is a total scam. You are better off doing expedited service non your own because if you select this service with RMP your application will first go to them to be reviewed before for mistakes before being sent to passport office for processing, adding an extra ***** days to the timeline because the click for processing starts when the passport office receives your application. Do not use this service. You will regret it as I do.

  They took our passports 2/27 and did not get them to the government agency until 3/27. Worst service I have ever experience. Needless to say we missed our vacation and lost thousands of dollars. This service is a scam. I see a class action lawsuit in their future.

  Total scam. What is sad, I thought I was using a legitimate service from my State gov site to report a lost passport, and then apply for a new one. I ended up paying a lot of money to get forms that are available to download for free. And then going to the post office to process them (paying again of course). I should know better. But this one caught me off guard. If anyone knows who else I can report them to, please let me know. These scammers need to be stopped!
