At this point Angel has stolen my Documents to file my taxes has not responded in 6 weeks and has not return my calls or emails. Have went to office his office is not open. And I have filed a fraud activity with the irs and with the   ***************.

I filed and paid this man to do my taxes on February 18, 2024. After 3 weeks has passed, I kept checking the status of my refund on the *** website and it kept saying the information I entered doesn't match their records so I needed some answers as to what's going on with my taxes and kept calling Angel *************** no answer. I called the *** and talked to a live customer service representative and was told my taxes was never submitted, there is no record of my taxes filed with the ***. I immediately drove to his office and the place was closed. No one was in there at 1pm on a Thursday afternoon which his office is normally opened. So now I'm highly upset to know that I've been ripped off by this man and the worse part is, we use to work together at ******* ***************** (CTA) which I'm still employed there. I was very hurt and devastated that he would do this. We trusted him with our personal information and he robbed us. If he was so thirsty for money then he should've came out of retirement and took his a** back to work for CTA. Now I have to pay out again to redo my taxes. I hope I catch him back in that office, it wont be a good scene but he probably fled to ****** after doing his criminal acts knowing people are looking for him. I hope someone blow that place up with him in it. He's a fraud and thief. Every dog will have their day and he is one dirty dog. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN EVER TO DO YOUR TAXES..AND DONT REFER HIM TO ANYONE go to a legitimate tax preparer I definitely will next time       

Me and my family and friends went here in 2024. We e filed and paid this man and Our taxes was never e filed, so I asked around and know one who went to him taxes was e filed. He wont return our money or our calls. Now everyone who went to him has to pay some one else more money to get our taxes done. If we hadn't checked we wouldn't not even had known and he wasn't going to tell us either. This has been a scary and frustrating experience. We all have been told multiple lies by the people in his office. This is beyond unprofessional its criminal.

i went last year around 3/17/23 to file my taxes with angel zapata and he never e file my taxes and i went this year January 25 **** of this year i call them about a week later to see if my taxes went went through i left a message with the girl who answered the phone to tell angel to call me because i would like to know if my taxes went through. i never received a call back so i made appointment to go to his office and when i went to his office he said *** not accepting no taxes into march .so i did not believe him .so when i got home i went to the *** app to check to see if my taxes was received i put in my information and it said it was a error the information does not match there record .so i had to pay someone else to file my taxes from 2022 and 2023 .i pay angel zapata 150 dollar for 2022 and 200 dollar for 2023 for a service that he never completed.   

On April, 2023 I went to this agency so they could help me do my taxes. Angel sat down with me so he could do my taxes. We sat down together at his desk. He typed my information as we spoke (he was probably playing Minecraft). Angel said I would get a paper return about 8 to 10 weeks. I was supposed to get my taxes sometime in June, 2023 but I did not receive anything. I then called Angel numerous times throughout the summer and he never returned my calls. I emailed him numerous times on the same thread and he never responded. I would go to his office at random days and times and his office was closed. I then called the *** a few times, and they told me to wait for 6 months (October) and if they don't receive anything to redo my taxes, this time online. On September 30, 2023 my husband drove past the office and notice there was a lady inside. My husband went inside to inquire about my taxes and the lady told him Angel went to ******. I then quickly went to the office and the lady sat down with me so she could send my taxes herself. She said should would have to mail my taxes again and then gave me the biggest BS story why the *** didn't receive my taxes. So I waited 3 weeks and the *** told me again they did not receive anything from this lady (Angel's office). Well, I then went to HR Block and they did my taxes. ******* told me they could see from their end that both times my taxes were never filed. Angel had one job, and that was to press the SEND button. His Assistant had one job and that was to take my taxes to the ************ They couldn't do that. They are incompetent, unreliable, and uneducated. This agency does not deserve not even one star. They don't even deserve 1/2 a star. This office should be shut down permanently.     

THIS COMPANY DOESNT ANSWER CALLS, TEXT OR EMAILS..I GAVE THEM $400 TO SUBMIT MY TAX RETURN AND I HAVENT GOTTEN AN UPDATE IN TWO MONTHS..THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE ANY HUMAN CAN ENDUREIM VERY SERIOUS..THE TWO LADIES THAT WORK THERE HAS NO CLUE WHATS GOING ON..AND AT THIS POINT IM NOT SURE IF THE GUY ***** IS A REAL PERSON.
