This company purchased a $1689.00 laptop from us through ****** on 11/14/2021. After receiving the laptop, the customer complained to ******, advising them that the laptop has a power problem, so ****** approved his return. ****** refunded the customer, but upon inspection, we found the customer did not return our laptop back to us. He stole our laptop, and inside our box, he put his older laptop. The customer was so arrogant and confident that no one would notice, that he kept his company information on the laptop he sent back. Please refer to the attached photos. You'll see the product the customer mailed back does not even fit in the box. The serial numbers do not match. When you turn the laptop on, it clearly shows the company log in information. We included screen shots from *********** website, which clearly show the customer sent back a **** inch laptop, when we sold him a 15 inch laptop. The company needs to send back our product
