Navy federal confirmed a wire I sent over to tasty trade via Apex Clearing, Apex also confirmed. I spoke with a *** from trading desk who confirmed at 9am...I noticed by 1pm funds still were not placed in my customer account, upon emailing and recieving no response and calling. I was provided terrible customer service by a *** who wouldn't provide his complete name, he lied and said he didn't even know if the funds were there... short story is I asked for a manager and magically 20 seconds later they said funds were in my account and tried to shut me up, I still asked for a manager and they have evaded me, suggested I find another broker if I don't like the service, tried to quiet me.Business response

Manager of the trade desk spoke with ******* to resolve his complaint regarding the wire transfer. His expectation was that it would be posted to his account within a set amount of time. Customer is happy and understands the wire transfer process for future wires.Customer response

Tastytrade/Tastyworks is not letting me reset my password despite high patience with them which they have exhausted, by refusing to comply with multiple requests to let me log in and to reset my password that occurred on more days than just today, Mar 19 2023. Instead of sending password reset emails, tastyworks is displaying messaging they could not send a password link via email, along with other problems. The sole reason for accessing my account is to access my tax form immediately. Since tastyworks will not let me access my tax document, they must email it to my email on file for my account, which is the email noted in the BBB complaint fields where I entered my information. Further, when I informed tastytrade/tastyworks about this over chat, tastyworks gave me irrelevant information on chat about the ************** to waste my time instead of sending me my tax form.Tastyworks should not write to my home address about this as I may be moving house.Business response

We apologize for any unintentional inconvenience the customer may have experienced with respect to resetting their password. We have searched our customer support emails, chats, and phone records, and there is no record of the customer having ever corresponded with ********************'s Support Team regarding resetting their password or otherwise. Nonetheless, according to our records, the customer was able to successfully reset their password on March 21, 2023.
