On 10/06/2022, the BBB contacted the business regarding their advertised service provided on their website. The business was asked to substantiate that they are actively working as a B2B servicing company, we asked this based on complaint submissions, not being answered by the business. Some stated they are do a refund, but have not been able to get a response from the business. We are asking the business to substantiate that the business is not acting deceptively as required by BBB’s Code of Advertising.
