Scam, they keep taking money out of my account even though I canceled. Today they took $50 and I didnt have anything done.

This company falsely advertised their services. I bought a $75 voucher which was supposed to be half off. It said if I cancel the services before 6 months I would pay the entire amount. I scheduled for 2 cleans and both days the cleaners never showed up so I cancelled the service and was charged over $260+ for cancelling. NO CLEAN both times. AND they charged my bank account not the credit card on file. I never authorized a bank charge. Terrible customer service!

I hired to clean my home while I was out of town. They did not do the job as noted. They stated I needed to file a claim within 72 hours, bimut I did not know about all of the damages or at least 3 weeks. They did $3,000 worth of damage (flooded my laundry room & had to file a claim, threw out items in refrigerator, shelves, and drawers) to my home. After multiple emails (no phone number to call customer service), the company will not pay for my loss. Only offered a $50 voucher for my next cleaning. This company is very unprofessional at the least. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience is the same as everyone else. Trick you into signing up with $19 cleaning and then charged me $150 when I canceled. Such a scam

Absolutely scammsssss !!!!! They do not list they are gonna charge you in full until after you sign up !! They are liars non refundable my a** they need to be shut down.

A fraud company who sole purpose is to make money from fake subscriptions. Beware anything you see ads of this company you see in ******** ********* is a haven for fraud companies like this) . In short its a total scam.

This company is comprised of individuals who like to force customers to pay for monthly cleaning even if they don't clean. They enjoy taking food out of seniors' mouths, raiding bank accounts and on top of all that, the cleaner didn't clean. Don't be stupid like I am. Don't ever do any business with these people. You'll be forced to give up $40 a month for a year. I can't afford to just give my money away, do you? Shameful.

Scam and Fraud. Do not sign up even with voucher.

This company has the worst customer service. You pay for a membership and save money. They give you discount but still the cost of the service is terrible. Not only that they send people to your home who obviously are on drugs. Arriving 1 hour late but still want to be paid for 3 hrs. Finally I received a text message at 3:00AM. Waking me up. I said I didn't cancel. Why are you texting me at 3 AM? Then I received another text. Are you crazy I'm reporting this company to BBB. Terrible company and horrible customer service. This business is a scam. They came to do a shoddy work at my house and I cancelled all my appointments with them. However, they began deducting me monthly for no work done!! I immediately went online to cancel my membership and they charged me $106.5 for the cancellation, stating that the $106.5 was the actual fee for the first service, which they told me was free and I could cancel anytime. Who will pay $106.5 for a 2-hour cleaning service!! I protested through Discover and they have already refunded the $49 and I will protest again for a refund for the $106.5 as well. Please stay away from them! They are fraudulent!
