The staff was very rude to me and cursing at me as well as my son. They didnt care about what we said and wouldnt even pay attention to when we talked. They stated that we were lying about the state of the ring and wouldnt gain responsibility for their mistake. My ring was purchased less than a year ago and has barely been worn 5 times. The cubic zirconia fell of and it was glued on the supposed white gold body with silicone. The price of the ring was extraordinarily high and I was scammed out of my money. $450 dollars for such a low quality ring is an absolute joke. I requested for the business to fix their mistake and replace the stone but they instead requested an extra $100 dollars to fix the issue. I would like for my ring to be fixed as I hoped it was when I bought it but turns out it wasnt. My kid could probably make a better ring than that piece of junk. As I stated the employees were very rude and kept calling me a b**** multiple times in polish and were aggressive whenever you would say something about the ring. They even claimed the ring was old and they didnt know how it was placed when it was made. This is very un professional and rude since my child was also their hearing all the curse words the staff were announcing amongst themselves about me. I would like for my ring to be fixed without a charge since it was there mistake in the first place.

As a representative of ****'s Jewelry Center, I would like to explain how to clear my business of the inappropriate accusation that was recorded on the BBB by ****************.
On June 7, 2023, **************** purchased a ring in my store, ****'s Jewelry Center.
**************** came back to us on 03/26/2024 with a complaint that the ring purchased from us was damaged (the guarantee, the return of the purchase in our store is valid for 14 days - **************** was informed about the applicable regulations during the purchase)
A specialist who repairs gold (over 30 years of experience also in our store) assessed that the purchased ring was mechanically damaged - the ring eyelet along with the frets were separated from the rail. We offered **************** a repair for a fee, unfortunately the customer demanded a new ring, after 8 months of additionally damaged purchase (there was no longer a warranty for the given purchase)
**************** claimed that the ring had been worn 5 times: which, according to an expert *********, is not true:
traces, abrasions, scratches, a broken fork with an eye, as well as signs of any glue, do not indicate that it has been worn several times.

Also, the price that **************** gave us did not match the previous purchase from the previous year
      ****'s Jewelry Center (Receipt available)

We are convinced that **************** wanted to cheat and extort money from ****'s Jewelry Center.
For additional information that is available, I have ******************** phone number: ************

We are a very solid company that has been operating for over 30 years.
A filed complaint is very harmful and has a negative impact on the reputation and image of the business.

I am asking you to positively consider my explanation as well as my request to remove the incorrect and harmful comment about ****'s Jewelry Center from the BBB.

      Kind regards
      *************************
