      I paid Fulton Revivals to renovate my condo after my insurance paid on a vandalism claim. I believed my condo would be restored to what I had before the vandalism but the owner "Joe" (no last name apparently) had other ideas. He decided that since I wasn't going to be be living there - I did make the huge mistake of telling him I would sell my condo - that I wouldn't want to pay for certain things like garbage disposals, the Bali blinds I had that were vandalized and also a shower door. I was told that I didn't need to empty cabinets. On August 17, Krystal asked me if I wanted the things in the cabinets because they were in the way. I said I wanted everything and that I could empty them. She said no and that my things would just be moved out of the way. I month later I discovered my things were completely gone. When I tried to speak to Krystal directly she would not respond to me. We had arranged for her to pick up a check but she was late and I couldn't wait. "Joe" and Krystal came together. "Joe" advised me he wasn't responsible because I left my belongings there and I probably misplaced them. Krystal was suddenly moved to a different project. This is the kind of foolishness I had to deal with the entire project. I was told the replacement light fixtures were already there and then the last week of the project I was told that I had to supply light fixtures. I found out about the garbage disposal when I was having my kitchen appliances put in and they advised me that I did not have a garbage disposal. When I complained he said he would fix it and then leave without doing it. He stole two of my dimmer switches and replaced them with regular switches. I would like to see an itemized bill of how this money was spent because he only supplied counter tops for the kitchen, paint, cabinets, bathroom vanity, flooring, and carpet. His house cleaner was a complete disaster too. I would like to be reimbursed for the items stolen and the shoddy work that is unsatisfactory.

      We have received your reviews and complaints across the BBB, Yelp and Google. There is a lot missing from your reports, which also differ from site to site. Throughout renovating your condo, we tried to maintain pleasant, professional demeanor and conduct. Your reports also leave out many details - how you spoke to us along the way – in all of our jobs we have never encountered a person who speaks so poorly to contractors; the fact that the condo had a broken door and was open for literally months - why would we steal a water bottle and cereal container. The list goes on.
      It is important to note that we did supply an original quote which you signed and accepted. We provided an invoice prior to final payment in which we did remove items & services we didn’t purchase or provide, resulting in a lower price than originally quoted.
      With that, to put this issue to end, we will offer a $1,500 refund. We can pay this via Zelle. We stand by the work we completed but believe that both parties would like to end this matter. We hope that this will end this matter and you will continue with the sale of your home and find peace. With that offer as well, we request for this matter to be closed on the BBB and for the Google and Yelp reviews to be removed prior to reimbursement and no reviews post/reposted after reimbursement.

      I am writing to file a complaint about the poor service I received from ************************* from Fulton Revivals, who was hired to sand and stain my floor. I received several quotes and decided to hire **************** because he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the work. I sent him a picture of the desired color and he assured me that he could achieve it. I signed a contract with him and paid a $200 deposit. **************** sanded two bedrooms and I paid an additional $350 for this work. He failed to show up for the next step as scheduled and, when I contacted him, he came the three day after and stained two closets with a color that was different from what I had requested and with a patchy, uneven finish. **************** agreed it was subpar and promised to speak with a paint supplier to try to achieve the correct color. He returned with a different color but it was still not what I had asked for. He said my oak floor couldn't achieve the desired color. I reluctantly accepted a dark color and he said he needed to condition the floor before proceeding. He ignored my request to finish by 10pm and worked until 12am. The next day he didn't show up as promised to complete the staining. I had to reschedule painters and when I expressed my frustration with the delays and lack of professionalism, he became rude and angry, telling me to ask the painters to stain the floor. I have attached copies of the texts he sent me. I have also tried calling, texting, and leaving voicemails but have received no response. I have had to hire other professionals to finish the job and they have informed me that conditioning the floor was a mistake and it will now have to be resanded. **************** has not responded or offered to return my money as stated in the contract. I am extremely frustrated with the service I received and request that appropriate action be taken. I am also seeking a full refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
