On 6/16/2023, one of the employees of ********************** were cutting the grass next door located on ********************************************************, was using a machine to cut grass and the employee got too close to my fence damaging 21 feet of my fence. We approached the employee about the damage but he sought to deny damaging the fence and we indicated to him that there are cameras around the house and he was seen damaging the fence. My son ******************************* went inside the house and obtained footage and showed the employee that damaged the fence. Only after showing him the footage did he agree that the damage was done by him and that he would talk to his boss. He didnt want to give me his employers information, so I initiated a claim with the *************** and was denied. I called ********************* who is an employee of the *************** in the claims department whose number is ************ and **************** proceeded to give me Mr. ********** phone number indicated that ********************** was under contract with the ***************. I got into contact with ********************** and sent him the footage of the incident. ********************** came to the property on July 22, 2023 and said that he was going to pay for the damage and after waiting and not getting an answer, I texted him and he replied saying that he was going to call his insurance on Monday 8/28/2023. I asked him on Monday what had happened but he didnt answer and was not answering my calls or text messages. On Thursday July 24th, 2023, I spoke to ********************** and asked for a claim number and the insurance information but did not provide me with that information. He has since stopped responding to my phone calls and text messages

My name is ********************************* and I am the Vice President of A&M Landscaping. On June 16, 2023, one of my tractor drivers was cutting grass at *********************************************************, which is a vacant lot. As he was cutting the grass, he accidentally made contact with ******************** *** iron fence in the back of her home, causing damage to the fence. I proceeded to go by her home to inspect the damages. I told **************** to provide me with an estimate of the repairs. Later, **************** contacted me with an estimated price of about $2,600.00. I then to her that I thought that the price was too high for the amount of damage that was done. **************** has called and texted me consistently. I informed her that I was going to file a claim with my insurance company, which I did.
