      I had a subscription in 2021 and cancelled when my renewal time was close. The following year (2022) I received another charge, which I unfortunately missed for months as it was on an old card I don't really use anymore.The kicker is that my fluent forever account doesnt show an active subscription or receipt of the charge, and I have no access to the tool/features but my card has the charge. I have contacted customer service weeks ago and received no followup.

      I signed up for a trial subscription for three months at a rate of **** per month. I have tried repeatedly to cancel but still get charged. Once I notify my c card company I quickly get a refund. But its wrong that I have to continue to dispute a charge when Ive notified the company more than once to cancel.. one email from says they find no account attached to my email hut its the only one I would have used.One message Ive received states that they last show an account cancelled August 2021. My last charge however was March 2022. Somewhere on the Q/A section of their website they state to cancel through the app. I had the app on my phone but dont think I ever used it. When try to sign all I get repeatedly is an error message. Tried once again today to sign in through the app with newly changed password but just get an error message. Dealing with Fluent Forever has become nothing but an irritation. I have again today sent them a message to cancel & give me confirmation that there will be no more charges. I wish Id never got started with Fluent Forever. Judging from other complaints here others have had similar experiences. Im have concluded that F Forever intentionally traps people into ongoing charges. I will never deal with the company again & will warn others. Jo **** May 1, 2022

      Wow. My next step will be a report to the Illinois attorney general. This is a website that has quiet recurring credit card charges and when you try to cancel, there's a forty-two step process you have to go through - IF, that is, you can actually sign in. I was not able to sign in. I sent myself probably ten different password reset requests to be able to sign into the website, but never got a single email. So... there's literally no way to cancel. So I wait until the credit card charge comes up on my card, call the number listed on the credit card statement - surprise, disconnected number. Now I initiate a dispute with my credit card, and send Fluent Forever and email detailing the problems and my attempts to cancel. Fluent Forever finally tells me how to sign in, then claims they will give me a refund if I jump through a bunch of hoops including signing in, taking screen shots, responding to the many emails with secret codes from other emails. I do what they ask, they tell my credit card it's a valid charge, and they STILL DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND for a service I have never used, do not want, and am now convinced is a scam.
