I have tried multiple times to pay my bill. There never is anyone to talk to and they don't accept card payments. That's not my problem and it's the only way I can pay.

They think it's ok to hold overpayments. Still waiting on them to return my checks, it's been a horrible experience

This company handles things very unprofessional the way they talk to people everything is horrible

Well I'm getting sick of being harassed. They say I owe the state money. Well if I do, I will be dealing with the state not them. That's why they are a crooked scam.

This is a collection agency for the State of ****** that continues to violate fair collection practices! Even when I have notified them that the debt was paid and the confirm with the State of ******, they continue to call me each day while I am working and literally harass me. They are rude and threatening. When I asked them to contact me via mail instead of phone call they told me they would immediately escalate this to their legal department for not taking their calls.

I am on disability and keep receiving harassing phone calls and letters from this entity for KS taxes which was for $125 but after all the interest that Arnold keeps adding it keeps going up and is now $163.91. I called to ask that all CALLS AND LETTERS CEASE. I explained I'm on disability and I know they cannot garnish it especially for less than $200. The scare tactic is ridiculous. I could see if I owe many years of state back taxes. The rep was very condescending saying well if it's only $100 why don't you pay it. Which upsetting me. How dare them speak to me in that manner. They don't know my finances or struggles and if I had the small portion to give I would because I do know I owe the state of KS . She then went on to say it's the state who keeps adding interest. Every month I receive a letter and Arnold has added interest on top of the penalty fee and collection fee that also keeps going up. Once a debt has been giving to a collector they have nothing else to do with it. She then went on to tell me to educate myself on state laws. Like I told her I am 44 years old how dare her speak to me in that manner. Seriously folks like this ., that are just like me who is striving to put food on the table and roof over their heads call folks harassing them as if, they are rich and pay all their bills on time and like they don't owe anyone right now as they are making these harassing phone calls. They say we have payment options but that's joke. As I told her...Cease all communication with me. You cannot take nothing if I have nothing...DUH

These people are extremely difficult to get in contact with. Not only are they garnishing 50% of my check. I also have my card on file with them and they are taking an additional $180 each week from it. I am trying to call and pay off my complete debt so I can be done with it. I have been calling for days!! Even emailed I have not gotten a response or call back.

First the phone number on my paperwork was automated and it wouldnt go anywhere with the prompts and I ended up on this BBB to get the correct number Second of all I got transferred 3 times and no one was able to answer my questions all she kept talking about was if you can give us $1000 You are not accredited by the BBB AND THERE IS A REASON

Total scam - Business of Revenue is not going to call your phone as a attempt to collect a debt. Mail me a statement or nothing.
