    02/17/2025 I called this company on 01/27/2025 to inform them of my father's death and request the necessary documents to be mailed to me so that I may receive the payout for his final expenses. As of the date of this written complaint/review I have received absolutely nothing from them. I believe they are trying to drag the process out as long as possible to try to discourage me. Not only will I continue to pursue what my father righteously paid for, I will also go as far and hard as humanly possible to utilize the help of every ************************ and every bit of legal assistance I have to ---to help me fight this company. Insurance companies delight in taking in payments from the customers; however, when it's time to for the customer to get what they have paid for, the insurance companies go out of their way put in place any and every roadblock, loophole, and difficulty to keep from paying out to the customer. I will not back down.

    Just started a policy with them today. Already having trouble signing into the website because they're saying my policy number is invalid. Is this a real ************** company. I can't afford to lose my money.

    Beware this is a scam. Was told they are the same company as fidelity investments which is a lie. Was told they needed bank information to verify and would only take payment once proved which was a lie. They tell you youre approved but its only for accidental or term life insurance. Stay away! Theres a reason they have the lowest ratings. Attorney generals and fraud office needs to investigate.

    I've been a customer making payments since 2008. An auto payment was declined for insufficient funds and was cleared. Due to the time, the agent I spoke to on the phone needed to make 2 payments to catch the policy up which cleared. I told her if she could put back on auto draft and she said she would. *** and Feb 2024 were drafted fine. Dec was missed, Fidelity error and they are canceling out the policy. I admit I am not on top of mail that comes ***** however, this the Fidelity Agents mistake not mine, if they needed December, should have just requested it while I was on the phone and could have done 3 payments. So about 15 years of payments to a policy that is now "lapsed" due to Fidelity Agent error ... Seems like a simple error on their part, but now I'm supposed to wait to get papers from an Underwriter ... So now for your mistake, you may "rewrite" my policy with a higher payment due to me being 15 years older! I'll likely be paying 6-10 times more due to this negligence on Fidelity's part. This is why Insurance companies get a bad reputation, deservingly so. No luck trying to resolve with ***************** just seems like they cover for each other. Would love to hear from Fidelity before pushing this up.

    STAY AWAY!! I purchased a policy from them, but cancelled the following week as took out alot more than I was informed by their agent. Did exactly what was asked of me to cancel my policy. Sent them several emails, return all that was sent to me from this company, yet they denied my refund because "they were unable to get in contact with the agent that sold me my policy". HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM. HE IS YOUR AGENT!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

    We (husband/wife) took out policies with Fidelity Life approx. 10 year's ago. Recently we found another Insurance company that didn't cost us as much per month and they pay out more when we die. March 15th, 2023 Fidelity took out what should have been their final payment, because we cancelled in February 2023. We requested our cash value the same time we cancelled our policy. My husband got his cash value in May 2023 which amounted to $2303.06, but I kept getting letters saying I didn't sign my request. Over several months I sent in numerous forms, and ****************** helped me and he said he didn't know why they refused to pay me my $100., so he said he would call them again. Then I got another letter from them stating they had used my cash value to pay my late premiums, that I had cancelled back in Feb. They stole my $100. from me. It may just be $100. , but it's the principle of the whole thing. I would not recommend Fidelity Life to my worst enemy!

    So easy to get the insurance that our family needed. Agents are not pushy at all, but rather incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. From start to finish, each step was convenient and we now feel like our family is on track to protect against any unforeseen tragedy.

    Fidelity Life Association is fraudulent they had me pay for the wrong policy for 2 years. They had me thinking that I was paying for life insurance and the whole time I was paying for accidental death insurance smh it was a miss understanding so they say but I know exactly what I want old them on the phone. And not to mention that I reached back out to them to see if they could fix the problem and they told me that there was nothing teary could do no reimbursement or nothing just a major loss smh..

    Fidelity Life stole thousands of dollars for me. They silently changed the premiums on my policy ***** ***** from $37.84 to $643.36 per month, which is a *****% increase. They did not obtain my authorization for this price hike. They had my phone and email on file but chose not to call me and not to send me any emails. They claim sending me a letter but I am 100% sure that I did not receive it. I complained about these unauthorized charges via email and got their support manager on the phone, but they refused to refund anything. They just sent me a letter that said that when I signed up for this policy I accepted the terms that allow them to charge me whatever they want. This is wrong, so I am going to take them to court.
