Transaction Date: June 28, 2023 Amount of Money: $1868.73 Business committed to provide Party Bus Transportation on our wedding day.This business no longer seems to exist online. Their website is gone, their social media is gone, their address is no longer listed with their business. On July 17th 2023, I paid $2,070.93 for a limo service for our wedding. This covered the times of 11am to 6pm for the date of October 7th, 2023. The Limo arrived 1.5 hours late to the second location that we were meant to be taken by the limo making us miss our photography time and take Mini vans to our first look. The limo claimed to break down. The company said they bought us a bottle of tequila to apologize, the bottle was half full and open. Our driver seemed intoxicated from several passengers in the wedding party noticing , barely stopping at red lights, hammering the brakes, swerving, trying to release us at the incorrect location, visually seemed impaired, went over a curb at one point. I have reached out to the company several times about a refund and always get the reply that there will be an investigation, and I will be reached out to but nothing.
