Important Information

Advertising Review

On 11/03/2022, 11/09/2022 and 11/16/2022, BBB contacted the business regarding a mailer sent to consumers that include false claims about their affiliation with the Better Business Bureau:

"We work under the strict guidelines of...BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) and follow all the best business practices as guided by BBB"
"After every successful business deal, we share a copy of the agreement with BBB & FDIC"
"Our telephone calls are federally recorded and monitored by FDIC & BBB all the time"
"BBB reserves the right of increasing/decreasing the loan amount before any transaction is done or agreement is finalized"

Platinum Loans is not affiliated or accredited with the Better Business Bureau. All claims mentioned above are false. The Better Business Bureau does not review this company's agreement, monitor their calls, or make any decisions regarding loan amounts of any consumer.

We have asked this business to modify their mailers.
