I am on a month-to-month membership with Chicago Muay Thai Kickboxing Club. On Sunday 7/3/22 I went to physical location to cancel my membership. I was told to send an email. I sent them an email while I was there requesting to cancel my membership. There policy is to request to cancel membership a minimum of 3 business days before your payment due date. My payment date is on 7/8/22. I requested cancelation on 7/3/22, This is well within the 3 business day minimum to request cancelation 7/5/22 (first business day)- 7/7/22(third business day). Unfortunatly I was still charged on 7/8/22. Attached, I have provided -email sent to request cancelation following appropriate policy 3 business day minimum -credit card charge $179.10 -Policy of Chicago Muay Thai Kickboxing club -My month to month payment history to show initial payment date -Calander I used for reference
