This orthodontist (Oral Kare LTD in *******, **) is not moving my teeth. I come in every month and pay $175 for an adjustment/tightening yet no adjustment or tightening is ever done. I told him my teeth are getting less straight vs more straight and he kind of got an attitude with me and said my teeth were moving whether I believe him or not. Well I dont believe him, because theyre not moving. Theyre just popping out of place in different areas and even last appointment he was like, well if next time you come in and its the same we can use steel or something like that. Dude, its just a tooth thats popped out a little, straighten it. The bottom teeth are also just needing to be pushed in some because theyre protruding. When i had other orthodontists before him and I brought something up, it was fixed before the next appointment. This time, its been 2-3 months now of me saying my teeth still look the same or worse. NOTHING IS HAPPENING. What am I paying for? Why arent my teeth moving? Thats the entire point of braces. Im tired of being just brushed off as if I dont know my own mouth and look inside of it everyday and can tell when something isnt right. After 3-4 appointments, something should be happening. Its just common sense. I want to stop paying for a service Im not receiving or have them pause payments or promise they will fix my teeth even after I pay it off because at this rate, Im going to pay my braces off before he is going to fix my crooked teeth. It may not even be until then that he decides to care because there will be no more money to be TAKEN from me! They still havent even billed my insurance after 3 months!!!! **** my insurance please wtf! I do not have my receipts or anything in hand right now, but can send later.Business response

***************************** came into our office on 8/28/21 for an ortho consult already had braces on from another orthodontics
treatment plan was given to Brecklyn she agreed on treatment we saw her on 9/25/21 ,10/16/21, 11/13/21 on 11/13/21
Brecklyn came in and complained that her teeth did not seem like there where moving and that she did not feel any pain or anything different with her teeth *************** did tell her that her teeth where moving so patient decided to stay with Dr. ************ she came in on 12-11-2021 and 1-14-22 and there where no complaints about her otrho treatment at either one of these appointment we are sorry that she is not happy with her orthodontics treatment at Oral Kare Ltd and have told Breckllyn since she is not happy she can go see another Orthodontics we will give he a full refund of what she paid our office once this complaint is taken off the BBB complaint center also called Insurance and stop payment with them also. We wish Brecklyn the best going to a new orthodontist we will forward records to new Orthodontic once this complaint is remove. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only if I get my refund and my documents transfered. I was under the impression, though, that its unethical and illegal to withhold patients files if the patient asks for them. Not really sure thats fair to me! But I would like the refund and this to be taken off if that is what allows me what Im entitled to and deserve.
