I'm having complications after being discharged from a three level spinal fusion surgery. They're delaying treatment of the new complications related to the surgery. They're rescheduling upcoming appointments with out proper notification and avoiding, delaying treatment and proper diagnoses of my condition. At follow up appointments they avoid my concerns or answering my questions about any fusion taking place on the x-rays. I feel time is of the essences. I'm dealing with pain and issues with activities of daily living, anxiety and sleep. They ignore addressing my concerns and I'm offended by they're action to dismiss me and treat me like I'm nothing important or a joke. When I leave appointments I don't have a proper understanding or explanation of my condition and they're bouncing me around to other doctors that take months to see before I come back to them for answers that I don't get or are to late to treat.Initial Complaint

I had a procedure done on November 9th 2022 I feel like UI health is over charging me for the procedure due to my insurance pay some and I suppose to be responsible for the rest, my copayments for office visits is supposed to be $20 but they are charging me 2 different prices for the same date as the service, these charges they are saying Im responsible for is ridiculous and I feel like they just added extra charges to my bill it happened to me before with them but I spoke with a supervisor in the billing department and she corrected it, they are saying the procedure costed $40,000 but I was quoted something totally different if I was paying out of pocket so due to my insurance cover some of the charges I feel like they over priced everything and added extra things on there
