I was trying to reach *********************** and was unable to do so, I went to pick up my purchase from The Mission Dispensary, located in ************, **., and an employee told me I had to pull my shirt down. I was fully dressed in my outfit, where what was seen was my shirt, with sleeves. I pulled my shirt down and asked an employee did you all have a no shirt no service policy. I was told they didnt know. If there is no policy in place I want it to be known I was discriminated against and would like to know what can be done for me as the person who endured the harsh treatment. If there is a policy in place, Id like to see it and go forward. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am diabled and I have a disabled child . I went to the business on 6/14/2023 and parked my car in a handicap parking and put my placard in the windshield. I was denied entry into the business because the door security could not see my placard from where he stood. I explained that my rear view mirror was dismounted and that i had to place it in the window but she did not want to hear it and denied me service/entry if the placard could not be seen from her stand. She was a security guard not even a cop. The manager just blew me off. I just want them stop discriminating against disabled people at this placeInitial Complaint

I have been trying to separate my profile with mission dispensary from when I was a caregiver and now a patient. Since 08-21-22 when I became a patient receiving medical cannabis, I created a separate profile. I have spoken on the phone numerous times and also informed staff at registers and also staff supervisors I have informed them of this discrepancies that continue to happen.If they would please separate my account from the patient (************************* - ************) .I *********************************** ************, would like to thank you for your assistance.
