      Worst place to go ever ************ Lied on my spouse and accused him of beating me when it's a lie and also over charged me for services. I would love to shut this business down . They hired Dr. Who lie and nurses who lie too.

      I've been trying to get a referral for weeks, their referral ***** Is incompetent at providing this service. I have visited the the clinic on ************ in ******* multiple times to get this resolved. There is no response from the patient portal cominicater. The *********** says they will fix this, but I am still waiting. Do not use this medical service, save yourself a lot of aggravating circumstances. This is socialized medicine at its best.

      I see the bad reviews, but could not disagree more. You need to find a provider that you can establish a relationship with first, and I have - actually several with Village Medical. ************** is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, but so are several PAs (****** and ******). The radiology group in Mesa - fantastic, and they work with my ******** and supplemental insurance very well. Full confidence in this group and highly recommend.

      I have been going to village medical in ************,**. Besides lack of effort (and easily calling something the issue that is not) in trying to find out what has been going on with my health ,they continue to botch my prescriptions. Multiple times they do not call in prescriptions I need,and also don't call in the correct dosage (ex. Take 1 in the morning & 1 at night. But bottle says 1 a day then can't get a refill until a certain time because I run out to soon) when you call about not getting your prescriptions properly called in or called in at all you get no call back or no prescription called in. Even after multiple calls.Normal everyday,rest of your life prescriptions never have refills and it's the same thing over and over. So now again,after a couple strokes and high blood pressure I do not have my medication,no call in ,no call back. I will be finding a new doctor and also reporting this to the medical board. It's ridiculous that my health is just pushed to the side, ignored and put into further danger.

      I was at the village medical in *********, my nurse practitioner was and still is amazing ( I followed her to a new group) can't say much for they way they treat their employees or the patients. I had to have blood work done they told me my insurance would pay for it ( i told them i would go to labcor because my insurance would pay it) , it didn't. They lied and they lied about having a escalation department, they tell you to call or email them and then they give you the run around, if I was deathly ill I would never again go back to them. Because they lied and treat people like what you would wipe off the bottom of your shoe I will keep writing bad reviews so everyone knows how they treat people.

      Village Medical hire PCP doctors that treat Senior Citizens. The doctor on ****** take all kinds of test and do not discuss the results with them. I think the doctors wants to treat the Senior Citizen because they feel we cant think for themselves. I am a very active in my health and require they discuss results that will affect my health. We are more than insurance payments and can make decisions for their health. Instead of placing in their chart they have Vascular Dementia, the ethical thing to do is discuss it with them. Dont cancel their appointment and reschedule it because you cant answer their questions. I am very matter of fact and require to know what is affecting my health. Then have a scheduling employee to sent me a message to schedule with one of the other doctors. Especially when the patient needs a medical clearance for surgery. My surgery was delayed because that doctor would not provide a medical clearance.

      My original doctor was wonderful. She has left the clinic since my very first visit to VM, so I scheduled a follow up appointment with another doctor. **** doctor ** (who I never saw) is gone and I am scheduled to see doctor *** if things work out. This is tedious and inconsiderate of patient needs. I regret following the advice of a well-meaning friend to go to Village Medical and am currently looking for a clinic with physicians who are willing to provide care consistently and are interested in developing a strong patient/doctor relationship.

      I have asked for someone from their patient relations department to contact me to discuss mistreatment by my physician. Nobody has called me back despite several requests. It has been two weeks.

      Village medical closed ALL of their locations in ******* with only 30 days notice. The entire state! They knew full well they would be closing their doors for months before they let their patients know they were closing shop. But they wanted to keep as much money coming in as long as possible. Thieves! Many of their patients in ******* are elderly with serious and chronic conditions, like me, who need a good and trusting relationship with their doctor.This company just kicked a bunch of seniors to the curb and said "good luck". Shame on you!! Saying you'll assist us with finding a new doctor isn't good enough either and does absolutely nothing for the stress and anxiety your company has caused!

      Village Medical has not given much notice in closing. Appointment canceled due to clearing the supplies over a week before due to closing doors for good. No notice. Shame on this company for their careless treatment of patients and employees. I loved the doctors that I had, now Im scrambling to find needed medical care.
