I mailed a $15 money order back to Pace Taxi access program with their enrollment form to po box ****** ********** and as of today it has not been applied to my card. I cant afford my money to be in limbo lime this. Please Help. *** tried to speak with pace, and their complaint department. Apply my money to my card and mail me a receipt.Business response

On 2/18/2023 ,had a bus pickup at **** 95th ,******* ********. Got a call at 525pm stating bus on its way. Never came I called lady says 630pm bus has-been delayed. In the area,no bus pickup. I called again at 630pm..was told they don't know what time now. I called again we have no knowledge again..I am a Cancer patient, was tired and dizzy . I left after 8pm still no..show with ****. I'm highly upset..everyone was leaving and I was stranded. Why didn't my bus or an uber come. I never spoke to an nobody. I called 8time. They were laughing and playing in the phone background. My husband has suffered a stroke he is in a motorized wheelchair and **** will not pick him up to take him to dialysis or bring him home on time and he now has a terrible bedsore on his backside that we have been unable To heal due to the excessive tardiness of the pick *** and drop offs and he has a subscription to this service.Initial Complaint

Hello just complain against pace paratransit ADA * this is your current more than one time in the past 12 months Im getting tired of situation I need a resolution my paratransit ID number is ****** yesterday I supposed to be picked up at 4:20 PM from University of ******* hospital after the doctor visit but they wake me up at 6:37 PM Im a disabled person with prosthetic leg and other medical issues and I cant keep doing this to me every time they also do not try to resolve the issue* or offer any refund of my fees I need investigation to begin This incident happened on June 9 return home trip* booking ID number ******** thank you very much Vehicle number ****Initial Complaint

Pace yet again arrive 30min late for my pickup and the driver tells me that hes at work. Ive complained to corporate and ******* local news stations and no solutions. Please Help. Everyday that send a pace bus they are aggressively Late and have no compassion nor remorse for Their Lateness. Please advise. Its like they asking for Me to Physically harm them Im not Mentally Stable for this, we warn and begg for help and nothing is Done until someone is hurt or killed, Then yall want to lock us up.Initial Complaint

On April 14th 2022 Paratransit was suppose to pick me up at 430pm from *******************************. From 420p to 455p I waited. I called to check on my ride and they said that I was a no-show. The driver never came inside to call my name. The security guard who sits at the front desk was my witness. He also said that a lot of Pace paratransit customers are treated the same way and have to wait long hours to get picked because drivers lie and say no-shows. Since the driver lied it has gone on my paratransit record as a strike against me.Aside from that I had to wait 2 extra hours for a ride because the driver lied.Initial Complaint

This is everyday, this company is never on time. I had a ****am pick up for my12noon appointment and i was not picked up until ****am im not mentally stable to continue to allow this tratment when im doing what im suppose to do. Doctors appointment ****** services no matter what i have to do im never on time I give myself at least 30min extra and they still are never on time. Ive complained to CBS news station in *******. HELP before something drastic like new York happens they cant keep playing with my life like this. Im constantly reaching out for help and yall ignoring the help request, i guess something will be done when someone gets hurt.Initial Complaint

I would like to file a complaint on Ada ********************** My ride was supposed to come at 10:49am this morning. No one showed up to my house. I been waiting I tried to resolve the issue ask them to accommodate me and ask for a ride so I can get to work. They discriminated against me. And the customer service relations name was *************** They lied and said was I no show. Please help me
