      In my opinion based on my experience with them, I've had them for approximately 3 months, I haven't (to this point) had any problems with the actual insurance (yet), but that card is awful!!!, it doesn't work (adequately) a lot of times, the scanner has a mind of it's own, even the company acknowledges issues (representative on the phone said there's been some issues), there customer service is a part of the problem, not the solution, I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold three to five minutes later I got a dial tone, they're awful!! and unprofessional, I told them I would write a review and I'm a man of my word, I DO NOT recommend this insurance company!, no stars, going by the other reviews they're consistent with they're disfunction.

      I was assisting a patient in obtaining a refill and found out that a Zing agent had made a home visit. The patient explained that she previously had a phone conversation with a Zing representative and had clearly expressed she was not interested in switching insurance plans, but did want more information about a promotion involving an allowance for food and utilities. Patient states an agent showed up and did a majority of the talking and "she talked so fast." The agent requested the patients ***************** card to "show that she was there" and at the end of their meeting, the agent informed that the patient was now signed up. The patient was not aware that she agreed to sign up for ************** plan. It also appears this agent mislead the patient in the true reasons for obtaining her ***************** card info. I would stay away from any company ok with enticing vulnerable seniors with gift cards or allowances.

      Zing customer service will not help you when you want to cancel your insurance policy. you will talk to several people and get know where. this is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm sorry I signed. trying hard to cancel. the person that signed me up wouldn't help and was very rude but when they were selling me the insurance very nice and respectful. sorry I ever met this company. I would never refer this company to anyone.

      Lasso Healthcare is now owned by Zing Health out of *******. Zing **************** is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Reps can't even access Lasso files -- they keep telling me "We don't have access to those records." The reps are untrained and so unprofessional it's almost laughable. I sat at my desk and listened to a rep explain to all her fellow reps what I was calling about and she kept complaining, saying, "I get all these calls from people who are used to the OLD LASSO SYSTEM, and it's so frustrating because we don't even know it." She didn't even know enough to put a customer on hold. I just sat here shaking my head. My experience with Lasso customer service for two years was wonderful. Never put on hold, always spoke to a real person, reps always were professional and helpful. When I asked a Zing supervisor why the change, he simply said that Zing contracts with a different customer service provider. BE WARNED: The reps know nothing and NONE of them are professionally trained. I will be leaving Lasso Healthcare at the start of the year and I will caution everyone I know NOT to sign up with Lasso. Lasso made a major mistake in selling out to Zing. Zing Health has ABYSMAL customer service. Beware.
