Nordstrom Trunk Club is a scam and takes advantage of customers by running false advertisements. It allegedly claimed that you will get a $50 referral credit by referring each friend of yours. I took my time and effort promoting its services to my friends and on my social networks. I referred around 10 friends of mine and they all joined Trunk Club through the referral link I sent them. As a result, Nordstrom Trunk Club arbitrarily flagged my account without detailing a reason why my account was closed. Furthermore, all the credits I should have gotten through referring my friends are now relinquished.I consider Nordstrom Trunk Clubs acts to be deceptive and misleading and they are a violation of consumer protection. The ************************ prohibits businesses using unfair or deceptive practices in affecting commerce. Nordstrom Trunk Club uses customers social media influences yet not willing to honor its promotions, it gets the benefits of referral marketing at the expense of ordinary customers time and effort. This is an unlawful marketing scheme and I will file a complaint to the ******************************** of the ******** General.Initial Complaint

Hello, I had an account with Trunk Club and I am being charged for a box that I never received. I just found out this month due to trying to prefer a box and was unable to. I have moved from this location and reached out to see if they would replace it. I was written by a representative that it was to old and I will have to pay the balance. I registered a new Nordstrom Trunk Club account via referral last month and placed my first order in my account. While I was still waiting for my first order, Nordstrom placed a red flag on my new account without any legitimate reason at all. I believe that Nordstrom made a serious mistake by putting the red flag in my account and because of that, I cannot place any order with Nordstrom Trunk Club either. I request Nordstrom to correct their mistake and remove the incorrectly placed red flag from my account immediately.Initial Complaint

Nordstrom Trunk Club is running promotion that for each of your friends using the Trunk club service via your link, you will get 50$ referral credits. Because of this promotion, I promoted the Trunk Club service heavily to my friends, family members and all people in my network. 45 people used Trunk club service at this point because of me. However, Trunk Club just suddenly closed my account with no clear reasons.I spent my time and efforts introducing and teaching people in my network how to use Trunk Club. However, the business got what they want then closed my account without valuing my time and efforts. This is scam
