      Awful! Tried them 2x and the stylist blatantly disregarded my information. But that's not why they are awful Last month I received a trunk. The items were not what I was looking for so I returned the whole box. I dropped it off at a ***** drop off location and got a receipt. For some reason the box never tracked and they were going to charge me for ************. I contacted them and they didn't charge me but also refused to provide me services in the future. When I asked for more information why because I clearly provided them with a receipt of the drop off, they refused to answer my questions. Be wary. Don't try this service and always get a receipt.

      I'm just trying to get my first trunk and it got returned stopped midway and went back I've call the support line to "verify my account" for the past 4 days now and have gotten completely nowhere and I'm tired of fooling with it. Completely waist of time sadly

      Nordstrom's branding continues to crash and burn. My experience with Trunk Club has been no exception. I ordered my trunk and kept a few of the items. Later, I decided to return a $250 blazer to a local Nordstrom (*******, **). My return was strange as I was handed a zeroed-out receipt. When I asked more, I was told my account would be credited in **** days when the return was processed by The Trunk service. A week later, I chatted online with an associate who told me to allow more time for my order to be processed. Here it is, 2 weeks later (returned 11/17), and not only has the return/ refund not appeared on my account, but Nordstrom has also told me they can't help me. Can the Trunk Club help? Not available. I imagine Nordstrom Trunk club targets an audience short on time but doesn't have the customer service to properly address very time-consuming issues. I will not be using the Trunk Club again and I'm done with Nordstrom.

      **************** is horrible!! They flagged my account for no reason after I placed my first order(I use my personal credit card, own address, and I have only one account). I try to live chat with them but no one is willing to solve the problem. A live chat supervisor named ******** replied my message very rude and said they can stop any membership for any reason(and they have no reason actually). Btw, they committed to give $50 referral credit. I referred five friends(different real people outside my household) and they all made their purchases. So I was thinking Trunk Club just wanted to cheat and do not want me to use my referral credit after I help them free advertising to my friends. Be careful about this cheating fraud company!!

      Received a rude email notification that my account was flagged for no reason! I used my own email address, used my own credit card, created my own account, and no more than one account per person/address. So why was I flagged?!
