I would highly recommend Loan Factory to serve your mortgage need. The local rep ************* and the loan officer *** Loan) did a tremendous job to get everything done and way before deadline. They were always available by phone or email to answer any questions.I got approved 3 days after submitting document, final approval for signing was ready a week or so before closing date. No problem at all through the process. Before I decided to go with Loan Factory, Ive shopped around with A major bank and several major mortgage brokers. None of them gave me that kind of customer supports and free in mind that ********************** provided. Loan Factory gave me the best rate with the biggest credits which helped a lot to reduce the closing cost. For my fellow Vietnamese and first home buyers, this one is for you.Review from Phuong N

As first time home buyers, we know little to nothing about mortgage loan. *************** did an amazing job to walk us through the entire loan process, all the way from initial consult to the final closing day. He was always there to answer our questions, pretty much any time. Thanks to him, we closed our now-to-be home smoothly and timely. What's more, his brokerage firm, Loan factory, offered us a mortgage loan with a very reasonable interest rate.
