      We purchased a property, **********************************************************, that was in the foreclosure process, through PREreo and were set up with AHP Servicing to take us through the rest of the process and provide some of the funds through a mortgage. We bought it in January or 2023. The property was set for a foreclosure real estate auction on 03/06/2023 that did not go through. I found out that the auction was canceled because AHP changed attorneys. We were not informed of that decision, nor were we asked. From my phone calls to AHP Servicing, I found out that the attorney for our case would either quit or leave for being unpaid, which caused the sale to be dropped. We paid all our fees on time because it was an automatic withdrawal. The sale date was set and changed a few more times until I was contacted by PREreo and ActivistLegal in a group meeting, where they said they would make sure everything would go through correctly. Because of their negligence we paid an extra $3,419 in extra fees until the sale was rescheduled and finalized. They also did not even think to notify us that the property taxes were sold in a tax sale on December 6, 2022. We paid another $4,916.84 just to cover the taxes and bring it up to date. In September, a letter came that stated that our loan will be transferring to ************************* of Texas. Up till now, I called both companies many times to try and make my payments on time. AHP Servicing would not pick up calls and ************************* of Texas didnt have our information on file to make a payment. We decided that we need to just pay off the rest of the mortgage. The last statement in September had the balance of $23,344.22. They recently emailed me to state that now we owe $27,037.50 because they made a mistake. It has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with this company!AHP Loan number: ********** Capital Mortgage Loan Number: *********

      In December of 2022, AHP received our mortgage payment for our home and was supposed to forward the check to our new home loan servicing company for our January 2023 Mortgage payment since the transfer was finalized before we received all of the details from the new servicer. In May 2023, we received correspondence from our new servicer stating they were missing a payment, upon further inspection between both our banking records and the new servicer, the payment that was sent at the end of December 2022 for ********* mortgage payment was the missing payment. I contacted AHP, via phone and spoke with a representative who could not confirm the receipt of the December check in their system but requested the banking receipts from me to confirm the information given. I emailed the documentation requested, including the previous check that was sent to AHP with confirmation of receipt as an example. That representative, stated that they would forward the case information to their ************ ********** and they would call me back. I have not received any correspondence from AHP regarding the December payment. Today, October 11, 2023, I was on hold to speak with a representative for a total of 3 hours, 23 minutes and 55 seconds before I had to regretfully opt in for the option to "skip the queue" and have them call back when the next representative is available. I have sent multiple correspondence in hopes to getting this matter resolved since May 2023, the new servicer has continued to harass us for the missing payment for which they also received a copy of the banking receipts, but refuse to help.

      This company removed funds out my account without authorization from me and my account was not on *******. They indicate it was a glitch in their system and they took money out my account two days in a row. I've been trying to get my funds back and I'm told they don't know how long it would be. At first they were trying to keep the funds and state it just be added to my payment which doesn't occur into the 15th. To my understanding the fair debt collection practice act forbid this from happening
