I booked a stay at this place and arrived yesterday. Upon arrival I noticed a German roach crawling near the toilet. As I looked further the toilet was filthy. I went to look at the bed and it was dirty and had human hair and dirt in it. The pillow had a bug on it. The room also had a live German roach crawling around. The chair to sit it was filthy. The light above the bed was dusty. The list goes on and on. Clearly these people do not clean or sanitize their place. This is a health hazard!! The listing claims to clean and sanitize the room prior and after checkout and this is a lie! They offered to relocate me to another room and that point with a roach infestation problem, and clearly their cleaning standards I did not want to stay. They tried to offer me a partial refund and that is unacceptable under these circumstances. I just want my money back. I had to find another place to stay and pay more money to stay somewhere clean and I should not have had to do that if they simply do what they claim to do.
