I booked 2 nights for February 3rd and 4th. I checked in on February 3rd with my family. We decided that this hotel is not for us. We checked out on February 4th. The receipt that was printed for us says amount due of $120.34 but we were charged $229.13. I would like a credit of $108.79Business response

Good afternoon. We are responding to this customers complaint. He made a reservation through a third party called Booking.com, at a promotional discounted rate. He made and approved his reservation knowing of the their cancellation policy which we have attached for your records. He then showed up at our motel to check in. We proceeded to have him read and sign our registration card which clearly also states that there are no refunds for early departures. He acknowledged and initialed the portion of it. The receipt he provided to you is a copy he requested. It shows that he paid for 2 nights with a balance remaining for the second. We have provided proper documentation and asked that you make a proper decision. Thanks in advance for your support.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The receipt is very misleading and does not clearly explain who owes the balance due. The receipt shpuld be more clear. I did not understand it when it was given to me. I am requesting a refund.

All the documents I provided that "you" signed clearly told you that there was no refund. When you checked out, "you" never said that it was because you didn't like the hotel. Our motel gets nothing but great reviews from ******* Trip Advisor, Booking.com and Expedia. I have refunded you your money. YOU SHOULD START PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU SIGN!
