6/20 Vino 125 in for sticky throttle. Ready 7/********* picked up 7/7 said cornering weird. Start it, like a chainsaw NOT quiet ride dropped off. Greasy fingerprints/liquid streaks all over. 4 bolts 1 washer under seat. Steering column no longer aligned w/front fork. If I align handlebars at stop, take off, immediately veer right. Mechanic *****'s inventive response? "Tire was underinflated (another fix not done correctly), should be fine now." I ride home, not fine. Underinflated tires only make ride mushy! Alignment is done after tire changes! Can't get Vino above 30mph, throttle sticks at 22, SLOWLY gets to 30; I've ridden 18yrs at *****. M says ******** cable replaced is "new/tight," in ******* miles will loosen. (EPM says: nonsense.)M says Vino sounding louder/rough could be beginning of crankshaft failure or maybe the air filter. Racket started AFTER Vino at Oki. If racket occurring when brought in for service, why would Oki perform work on scoot w/crankshaft failure onset? Why wouldn't they tell me about crankshaft noise/ask if I'm sure I want maintenance/repairs? EPM said only way crankshaft bearings could go bad were if Vino was run w/out enough oil in it. An oil change is part of maintenance yet I didn't see one on my bill. The reason for that is someone drained oil, forgot, then took Vino for test ride, ruining crankshaft bearings. Oki tried every tactic to not let me guess what actually happened. Like the air box would make Vino run loud. Vino was filthy because engine oil sprayed all over. *** didn't tell me so they could charge $1549 then imply I'm imagining **** runs louder than prior.*** does not stand behind work, offer lies/refuse responsibility for messing up. Said they didn't test ride it when brought in. Why? Riding is a diagnostic tool! Owner refused any refund/suggested I buy new cause mine was "old."Witnesses can attest how quiet Vino was prior to ***'s work.Like a refund of $1,249. Oki ruined Vino, unsafe to ride per opinion of EPM.

The last issue I had with scooter city involved my insurance company which required a specific way of dealing with the situation, I explained that to them, I was basically force to get a diagnosis during the process it took several calls to my insurance and city scooters. In the end city scooters handled the process the way they wanted when I complained about it the mechanic told me that I was being difficult to get bike and he would refund my money. I disputed the charge for the diagnosis which never happened. If you purchase anything from them as any one else have them verify everything in writing, they have a habit of not keeping their word. An I got the sense that this wasn't the first time they went through a situation like that by the way they responded to my credit card company.

I purchased a Wolf Jet Classic 50cc in 2017 brand new. I took it in with only **** miles on it because it was making a noise they charged me ***** for diagnostic on June 7, 2021. I got a call a few days later from saying that the noise was the clutch and it needed to be repaired, also needed to be bleed and they would fixed the fuel gauge as well total would be ****** and the ***** would not be deducted because the **** was less than ******. Pick up the scooter on June 19th only to find they had crashed the scooter lower fender was all scraped up, fender on left was unaligned because of the other fender they never said anything I just happen to see it, they agreed to replace both. Drive the scooter home still making the same noise, fuel gauge not working either call them they say you just gotta drive it. Drove it now it's turning off at every stop call them they agree to come pick up the scooter no charge. There is more to this story but there is not anymore space to continue.
