PLEASE READ!If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. If you value your belongings, time, and money, DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!I moved from ******** to GA in Sep 2020. I booked with ** Relocation, which uses Premier Chicago Movers to actually move your belongings. We agreed on a delivery date of Sep 21st; however, my items did not get delivered until Oct 7th. I went three weeks without any furniture, kitchen appliances, clothes, etc.I spoke to Shai, who is the dispatcher for Premier. He was extremely rude throughout the entire process... we got into a whole argument on the phone, after he asked me "How exactly have you been inconvenienced?"After changing the date of my delivery 3-4 times, he said they'd arrive the morning of Oct 7th. When I told him I would be at work and needed an afternoon delivery, Shai threatened to drive off with my items if I wasn't there.My items were finally delivered and all of my furniture was damaged in some way. I also had items that weren't delivered at all.Fast forward almost a year later, I filed a claim and was only granted $200. I was supposed to receive the check by June 11th; it's October 12th and I still haven't gotten my check, nor has Shai responded to me or ** Relocation.THANK YOU FOR THR WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was completely taken advantage of. Lied too!! Price more than doubled. My things were held hostage until I paid what they wanted.. They wouldnt answer phone calls and when they did they did they would put me on hold and leave me there or transfer me to somebody else. I talked to 8 different woman starting with ***** who started the process and ended with *******************. I didnt realize til now that he has been scamming people since ****. I just had to ****** him. Im devastated knowing that hes still doing it and getting away with it! The possibility my missing things will ever be seen is Zero. I know that!! Next month Oct 26th will be a year. They damaged all my bedroom furniture and actually broke a triple dresser beyond repair and the mirror. My hutch , rocking chair, ect. I paid for my things to be in a storage unit in Wi for 4 years. Because Everything in it was very important and sentimental to me. All three of my precious girls traveled the world being in the military. I had Swords from ****** ****** girls, Towels from Japan w/ writing on them.. Brand new play station still in the box. Everything packed in the hutches and dressers was pilfered through. They took what they wanted and just dropped off my broken things and left.. Pictures, glasses, corning ****. Nothing was packed professionally at all just a shame. My things were treated so disrespectfully. They overcharged me for extra materials. When the 2 men and the truck got here it was loaded wrong and they started unloading another persons belongings into my apartment. I didnt notice immediately because I had surgery the day before. Which they knew about and I believe intentionally delivered my things when I was sick. Actually Shai called the day of my surgery to deliver and I said no. He wanted to charge more because I said tomorrow would be better. I had plenty of friends to help the next day however so they all witnessed everything. After Throwing everything off the truck onto the grass in front off all my neighbors apartments and my friends they finally found my things and started bringing them in. Some of my things were also mixed in with whatever they threw on the grass. After they reloaded the truck they wanted me to sign the **** of lading so they could leave. I knew by the looks of plastic bins that were cracked open. Boxes that were smashed. Broken dresser and mirror It wasnt going to good. I wanted to know what boxes my expensive stuff was in but nothing they packed was marked. They were behind and just wanted to leave ASAP!!! My friend **** felt my unease and wrote on the bottom of the **** of lading ~ (Sighned under duress)!! They were speaking in Spanish being rude talking about me.. Calling me a white lady.. ****** lets get out of here that white lady is getting on my nerves. Now it has gone on to the insurance level and they have told me that since I did not go through every box and bin before they left that basically everything thats missing is all gone or broken is worthless. Everything!! All my memories and keepsakes gifts that I cherished. They offered me 300 for repairs on ******* worth of furniture. Im disputing it. I have til the 6th of October. I feel very scammed by the entire process. ******
