I have an issue with the camera policy of this business it does not go back far enough to Indicate that I was seen on camera, making a payment in person with an employee of this business. I cant find the receipt, but I remember having a conversation and handing cash or card cover to an employee to complete the transaction of making a payment early to avoid the late fee instead what I got was an email stating that I never paid my bill and I owe the late fee of $20. I made every payment the last time I was at this facility with no problems or issues whatsoever. They even offer a free month of free storage!! but this particular month I came in early to I make the payment, but I cant find the receipt and now the camera doesnt go back far enough to record the transaction that I did in person, which is an issue with the camera going back far enough (instead of just a week ) that would be awesome because now I feel unsafe at this property, As well as uncomfortable, knowing that my payment is not being recorded on camera, should something happen to the receipt, or if the system somehow does not record the payment, which happens often technology does have quite a few glitches , knowing that the camera does not have storage capacity or is not being used to record Activity in Case of attempted theft, physical assault, etc because this is a public facility. Im waiting on the owner to get back to me for a review and possible waiving of the $20 fee and then I will adjust my review to positive!!
