DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES I contacted In and out Moving and storage to move my belongings from **** to *******. I packed everything up and the people who came to pick it up were actually very efficient and friendly. The problems came after they had my stuff hostage. I was given a 2-10 day delivery window and did not receive my belongings until FOUR WEEKS LATER. I had to beg for any information and updated both through email and over the phone. No one ever picked up my calls; I always had to leave MULTIPLE messages. When my stuff finally arrived to my new apartment the delivery crew was less than stellar. All of my stuff STANK. Stank like it wasnt stored properly and of cigarettes (I assume because the driver smoked all the way down to *******, like he was while the other two guys unloaded all my stuff). Boxes were falling apart. One box was different than the ones I had packed everything in and when I opened it half of the stuff inside was missing. One of the guys on the crew kept talking about politics and his life story which was unneeded and unappreciated due to the extreme views he was sharing. It took the loading crew an hour and a half to pack everything up and the delivery crew three hours to unpack everything. They left trash everywhere inside and outside of the apartment. it got so late and i was so uncomfortable with the things the one guy was saying that I had them leave without putting any of the furniture back together. I am missing multiple items and multiple items are damaged, weirdest of which was my box of socks and underwear (which is really weird and violating). PLEASE learn from my mistake. These are some of the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever had the displeasure of being in business with. I felt totally disrespected as a customer.

Every aspect of their service was outstanding, from managing my wardrobe to handling numerous boxes. I appreciate their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend their meticulous and cautious approach.

It was a very smooth process from the time I sent my items boxes to deliver. Team was on point and very clear. On the day of delivery and scheduled the delivery as per my needs. Kudos to the service and follow *** whether I received my things safely.

Highly recommended! I had to move from a third-floor apartment, and these guys were quick to load boxes and furniture. They took special care to wrap larger pieces to prevent any damage and protected walls and doorways. The team was friendly, and professional, and the pricing was fair. Great teamwork!
