    Hired this company for a move on 8/6/22. An in person estimate was given and even though another stop was added after this, the price was given and agreed. The total a the end was $600 more than stated. During the move a ceiling fan was broken and the guy stated it was accident and I should call the company and they would take care of it. When I called about the broken fan, I was told that the final bill was written up incorrectly by the onsite person and that I would need to pay an additional $250 for a claim to be made on the fan to have it replaced. A bill paid in full at the time of service and told after fact when reported admitted damage that the bill was more? This is not right. It is a ploy to avoid paying for damages done by the personnel. I simply wanted the accidentally broken ceiling fan replaced, and they refused.

    Used them for my first move 2 years ago and owner *********** crew were excellent. Used them for my recent 1.5 mile move from a 2nd level, 2 bedroom (with storage boxes & 4 pieces of furniture brought to alley) apt to a ********** will never use or recommend them again. ***** "Bill" came with 2 new guys for a 4-6 hour weekday move, turned into a 2 day move & over $2,000.I have been ill, on medication, alone as a single female & did not watch them closely during move - HUGE MISTAKE! Paid "extra" for 3 person crew & received Navil and 2 "new guys". Charged $195 an hour both days (verbally quoted by ***** $150 2nd day). Boxes crushed, item left on porch in rain, 9 wood furniture pieces and large couch sectional not wrapped or protected (as told would be with forecasted rain by office), 2 boxes packed by them of empty containers- almost every single piece of furniture scratched or damaged. Had to make numerous calls & text to office with concerns. ***** hovered over me waiting for his "reviews before finalizing ********** *** uneasy feelings from him throughout the move. Beware of shady, uncomfortable practices from Navil aka "Bill". Tips & extra fees to his ***** (unrecoverable/irreversible). ***** tried to request extra $500 (& knew I had to get to work) after the move ended but said this was a "mistake" - how is this "professional" making a mistake to request additional money)?Office was apologetic (& partial credit) only after my ******************* of screen shots conversations with ***** & damages. An inner city move should not have cost this much($2318), taken 2 days, and been so disappointing. Never, ever again - highly disappointed. No reviews here since last year...I can see why now. Business practices have changed, not for the better.
