Date of service was on 12/30/2022 ,in which I paid the defendant $580.00 for a Cataylic converter in which he installed a universal converter instead of a manufacturer part specifically for my vehicle basically 2 weeks later my engine light came back on in which he instructed me to come back saying it my 02 sensor but my sensor was fine before he serviced my car he damaged my 02 sensor which he installed i bought one from autozone took it to him and he didn't charge me this occurred on 1/16/2023 when I took it back the second time not even a week later engine light comes back on called the business again and spoke with *************** again and he asked to bring it back which I declined and took it to another shop in which I had to pay more money $809.48 to have a genuine ***** Cataylic converter installed between all money spent on this error that needed to be replaced I spent $1883.06 and would like a total refund along with pain and suffering. Also I kept the converter he installed for evidence to show it the wrong part.Initial Complaint

paid $875 to get my car started. ***** claimed he fixed it, and it was Guaranteed to run and drive. When the car wouldn't start. I ask ***** to give it a try. He couldn't get it to start. I ask to discuss the work he done on the car. He told me to leave the lot. And if I didn't get the car moved he was going to charge me storage fees or keep it.So, I called the cops. The police asked them to cover towing fees but he refused.Initial Complaint

///Brought my car to the business on 9/29/22 for check engine light problems. Said it was the throttle body and they installed a new one ; i paid them $380.00 yesterday. When i got 6 blocks away the check engine light came back on. I called them back and they said bring car back Friday. 9/30/22. They told me they put the wrong part in on thursday. now they are telling that the throttle body is not the problem; it**;s something else. Since the car did not need a new throttle body, i wnat them to take the part off and give me my old throttle body back and i want my $380 returned .Initial Complaint
