WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Placed my order and paid the expedited shipping fee, only to 2 days later (after ya know if should have already shipped) received an email thats they miscalculated the shipping and I needed to pay an additional $100 to receive my item according to my order. I sent an email, and proceeded to call the number on the email. I spoke to the most condescending, ignorant people I have ever spoken to in my life! Like honestly, it must be a requirement to work there? Not only did they did absolutely nothing to resolve this. They canceled my order. I called back a second time to talk to a manager who only Is still to tell me to stop being an aggressive women to which I proceeded to tell him what an a** he was and yes I cursed at him. I swear to the big man upstairs you would think he had never been cursed at in his life. I was then hung up on. So I sent an email asking for proof of the order being cancelled or I would be reporting them for fraud as this was not a valid transaction anymore.. I waited roughly 2 hours and called back to ask for my confirmation email to which the representative proceeded to tell me that they dont provide those and the money was removed from a hold and I said, **** the transaction is still on my Account. So I needed to have a confirmation to provide to my bank as I will dispute it. He then went on about how I cussed at his associate (what does that have to do with my call other than the fact that these men are sensitive pansies) and he proceeded to hang up on me. I will be filing a report with every means possible - and hey, no refund or proof of refund. Save yourself a headache and dont support businesses that are ran by men who are A. Intimated by strong women and B. Way to sheltered and have their feelings hurt by a curse word.
