Stay away from this company. Website showed stock level of 2, ordered the item and stock level was reduced to 1. Next day order was cancelled with no reason provided. I suspected they didn't like the fact that I used a coupon to reduce the price by 25%. Called customer service and was told website was wrong and item is out of stock. Asked when it would be back in stock and customer service said they didn't have that info and I should go to chat site and they could give me an answer. Chat person said they had 2 in stock and couldn't provide any other information. BTW this company also sells on **** and their listing shows they have it in stock. Bottom line I would rate this company as a ZERO out of 5 stars if this system didn't limit me to giving it a 1 star.Review from J. H

Autoplicity does not stand behind their warranties or their word. Ordered a pert that was defective after 10 days of use: a front strut. I contacted Autoplicity and send pictures of the collapsed spring/strut. I received an email from customer service representative *************************** informing me that they would replace the strut. I then received a second email informing me that they were out of stock and offering a reimbursement for the defective part, which I accepted. 7 months later and many phony excuses later I had to contact the Better Business Bureau, at that time Autoplicity again offered a refund, which I accepted. 60 days later I had to contact the BBB again due to not having received the refund check, Autoplicity again lied and stated they had not been informed that their offer was accepted. They finally sent out the check after 13 months of lies and deception. Stay away from Autoplicity, Do Not Order from them they are thieves and liars!!!!!Review from BARKLEY J

I paid for 2 day delivery. After 2.5 days I had no tracking number the company never sent the tracking nor the part. Had to call them they were a****** on the phone and had no answers. It wasn't until I gave a negative review on their website did they send out my part. In fact almost 8 hours late. Then had to call them cause they sent it ground. ***************** was gonna end the call because I was complaining about it being sent ground instead of 2 day. And I had to argue to get reimbursed for the shipping. Have yet to receive the reimbursement for the shipping.Review from Kenneth N

Ordered a product and upon arrival it was grossly defective and unusable. Contacted Autoplicity **************** to start a return process, sent multiple photographs proving defective product. **************** replied I would be send product return information, yet they never sent that information. After five weeks and seven emails from me, they basically have dismissed my claim and are attempting to keep my payment of over $400.Review from Mw W

Zero star company I ordered a product through Amazon, it was on sale for 30% off. apparently their mistake. So they sent me a completely different item knowing I would return it and then refused to ship the correct item. Truly a worthless company and should not be allowed to sell on Amazon.Review from Antonio S

If i could leave 0 star that would be my rating order tires from them, show that shipping label was created and never shipped my order , cancelled my order without email or no notification at all. i waited whole week just to cancel my order. customer service person really rude and didn't care at all.Review from frank r

this company lies about delivery cost refunds, I would caution all not to purchase anything from any of their four business. About delivery I paid for two day deliver it took 9 days for two of the 12 pcs I ordered, over 30 days for the balance, refund, I was told full refund they still owe me $15.80 and it has been over 4 months. good luck.Review from Derek S

I ordered a wheel from them that I needed rather quickly for the weekend (4 days). I had a hard time finding one available and am happy they had one available and that the correct part was sent. What I'm unhappy about is that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, and that the wheel arrived in 7 days. 5 business days. That screwed up my weekend plans, and I didn't know until it was too late to find another option. When I asked for a refund of the 2 day shipping they only refunded me half saying it was the difference in cost. Regular shipping was free.Review from Julie H

I purchased a $670 part from them and I had to send it back as it was the wrong emissions part. I returned it and got an email they received it December 4th and since then I have reached out to them but they keep saying they will check into it meanwhile I'm making payments on this. I WOULD NEVER SHOP WITH AUTOPLICITY AGAIN. Always check with BBB before buying anything!
