      They wasted 6 hours of my life.They quoted me a car With five miles on it showed me a car with two thousand miles on it and body damage I wanted eleven thousand for my trade that guaranteed me **** But then change it to **** If you live any distance from this dealership, don't waste your time.

      ZERO STARS - Im writing to log a formal complaint against the ******** dealership in Chicago and specifically for the sales manager ***************************. ***** actively lied to me about the value of my vehicle - stating he would be reselling the vehicle at only $3 to $5 thousand more than the trade in value but yet has now listed it at $26 thousand, more than twice the trade in value. I repeatedly explained the value of the car was worth between $20 to $23 thousand and that it had extremely low mileage. ***** took advantage of the pressure situation and of myself as a consumer, explaining vague details as to how they have come to the price offered. I find this business practice unscrupulous and tantamount to theft. I believe ***** was fully aware he was ripping us off and planned to sell the vehicle at a much higher price than he claimed to us. I will never do business with this company again

      Called to schedule apt and they booked me 1 week out. I took my truck into them week later and left truck running so I could let the mechanic see the issue I was having as it accrued on the way to the dealership and the service rep ***** told me just turn the truck. The service rep says I think this is it for this truck lol. Funny part was I had it at another deal months before and they told me this truck is a really good running truck and engine is strong. After a few days of no calls i tried to reach **** to see what was going on and sat on multiple holds with no luck reaching someone. by the fourth day I called twice for service manager and of course no luck answering calls or getting a return call. a week later I finally got the call from the service rep say car was leaking anti freeze due to a bad hose. I said that is not true cause the hose is only two weeks old so its not an old hose. The mechanic said he tried to clamp the hose down more but the service rep suggested I come in to talk to mechanic so I did. while waiting for mechanic the service manager came in being kind of a smart *** then while walking out her called my truck a peace of junk in so many words so I let him know he was a jerk. He then decided to call me a jerk and I advised him this is a work truck i use for construction its not my day car witch is a benz. Funny how this guy tried to demoralize me and my truck as if he is some wealth guy working at a car dealership lmao. I will never deal with them and I will let everyone know they are liars and try to get you to spend money you do not need to.

      If I could give 0 I would.I was mislead and given flase information when purchasing my vehicle. I also SUPPOSEDLY had mechanical work done, yet the part malfunctioned, my steering mechanism froze, and my whole car turned upside down with me in it.I had a prior case with ********* and the ******** *******. The manager of the location called and pretended to be the ******** ******* when he called me about the case I made. But didn't even call the ******** ******* in response before calling me.He denied everything saying his employee wouldn't do that. Even though he was never there!! U have two witnesses who were with me (1 employee and 1 niece) when u purchased they car. They can attest to everything that the salesperson said.They also charged me double document fees and didn't register my car for 3 months!They have no customer relationship (and as the manager said.. "so what, so what!..) They need to be held accountable

      Had a terrible experience with the Lincoln portion of the maintenance business. After deciding that I wanted to pick up my car after their inspection I proceeded to call them and received no answers, ultimately leaving a voicemail to call me back. Decided to just go there myself with no call back after work and about an hour before closing. Well...apparently the Lincoln portion closes a couple hours earlier and the service manager had left. The person working the ************ desk acted as she had no interest in helping and had a smug attitude. I basically had to break down in the showroom, because I absolutely needed the vehicle for the weekend! And luckily this place had one good person, a sales rep, who stepped up, helped me out, and made sure I got my car. If it wasn't for him I would have tried to give this place 0 stars. In addition the Lincoln service manager couldn't help himself from badmouthing one of the other local maintenance shops....well guess what, they were much better then this terrible experience.

      They charged me $2000 more for advertised amount Theyre reason was that the finance company charges fees for customers that are high risk.

      I am very frustrated with the service department at ******** in Chicago. I bought a SUV from the dealership in 2017 and have used them to service the vehicle a number of times. Each time it takes forever to get them on the phone. Most times after 6 rings, it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full, so it disconnects the line. If you do get a person to answer the phone, they page someone, you wait for 10 min or so and then the line disconnects. UNACCEPtABLE. I took my SUV for service on 8/20/21, the multi point Inspection showed that all of my fluid levels were checked and at good levels. 3 weeks later, I now have a Red Brake light that is on and says brake fluid is low. I FINALLY got to speak to someone in service and they told me they can not look at the car today, even though I got in touch with them at 10 am. I was told to drive the car and bring in on Monday or Tuesday and leave the car with them. They can not provide a loaner unless I want to wait 45 days, that is how backed up they are. Not sure I want to drive my family around for 45 days with a Red Brake Light illuminated on the car. Absolutely unacceptable and they have no desire to offer a solution AT ALL. Fianlly, I get a letter or a call from the dealership at least 1 a month for the past year or so. They say they would love the opportunity to buy my car which is supposed to be in high demand, whether I buy a new car from tehm or not. When I went in for service on 8/20/21, I asked them if they could give me a price for the car, and they told me they can not take a look at it while there and I would have to bring the car back another day to get a valuation done. Again, no regard for my time and inconvenience, just absolutely LAZZY.
