Very bad service, service manager very rude and disrespectful, hung up on me. Was waiting on a refund Honda owed me and nothing yet.

DON'T COME HERE!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!I went in to have my car looked at for making sounds and was told I needed an Engine Check and Suspension Check! They tried to charge me $330 at first but I looked online at their prices and it was less, so they honored it! However, they came back with the report and was saying I needed all these services. I told them I have a warranty and my warranty told them they would have to break my engine down and City Honda tried to charge me $4,000. When I went to another place, the first thing they checked was the ********* Honda let me drive off their lot with no oil which could've further damaged my car. When the oil was placed, the noises went away! I called an asked to speak to a manager, they made excuses! I very upset that I went to another place and another Honda!! This place is TERRIBLE!

I bought a part and I didn't need that particular one..went to return they said no return...I was not aware of no return or I wouldn't have spent that much money...sign on desk did not say no return....the part is unopened in plastic..now I have money gone no use for this item.I

This have by far been the worst experience. I brought a car from here that broke down and not running at all 3 months later. Yes I paid for a warranty and they saying its nothing they can do.

This place cant do anything for you. Do NOT spend your money here because within less than a year of you having a brand new car, if it breaks down they will not help you at all. They told me when I signed my contract that any time I need assistance they will help immediately. No help, waste of my time and incredibly rude,

Worst place to be. They will waste your time. Tell you they have the car, so you drive over. You wait a long time so they can sell you other cars then tell you they don't have what you were promised. Unethical and worst business practices.

Hello, If I could leave 0/5 stars I would definitely leave that rating. First and foremost, the people working here are trying to pull fast ones on consumers. How exactly? My friend and I walked in to purchase a vehicle and the test drives were great, but once we got to the actual pricing of the vehicle which was listed at $22,645 they tried adding so miscellaneous bullshit charges of $1,898 .. $1,995 .. and $1,000 with a 0% finance rate. So yes we would have gotten a 0% fiance rate but they tried to scam honest consumers out of their hard earned money. The customer associate ****** *************** and ***** the "manager" tried to scam us. We don't play that kind of game and we will take our business elsewhere. Walked out of there asap. Please take note that that didn't even include the extra taxes so it would have been like paying an extra $10k.. so instead of $22,645 it would have been $32,645. They tried playing it off as something that couldn't be removed and even tried to say oh covid this and that. That's nonsense. Don't fall prey to these so called "auto dealers". These are just wolves trying to take you for every penny they can. Someone should report these crooks to the Attormey Generals office and let ***** ***** know about this. The financial person by the name of ****** lied about the extended warranty on the car I bought from them the transmission has gone out on the car I haven't had the car 2 year yet,but he said the car has a 4 year warranty but it only had a two warranty now they want to change me $5000 for a transmission I have repeatedly called to speak with him but he wouldn't *************.
