I was just in this morning for a service visit. I discovered after the appointment that one of the multi-point inspection areas, while green-lighted, had not been serviced. I called back in to make an inquiry but was told, "We do a visual inspection." When I asked why (after a visual inspection) something had been greenlighted that was not serviced, I was met with silence and then told that I could bring it back in. I was there this morning almost an hour before the location opened because I had to make a work appointment. Coming back in wasn't an option. I'm left uncertain if any other work wasn't done that was requested. I wrote in to the email address provided for customers to share comments but my response was a solicitation to buy a new car. This was my second time at the location. I'm relatively new to the area and was ready to make this location my location for service. That decision has been thrown into serious doubt. I only want what is contracted between us. I didn't promise to pay but then hold back a part of my payment.
