Our shop sent our car to be repaired by ********. The new engine we have is covered under warranty. ******** has kept our car for over a month claiming they are repairing it. They have been disputing with our shop about the costs even though the engine is covered by warranty. ********* and ***** have been avoiding my husband's calls and avoiding to answer any questions about the repairs. Our 2015 Dodge Challenger needed a new engine due to faulty Pentastar engine which there is a class action lawsuit on this specific issue. Our car is well taken care of and it barely has 80k miles on it. The service by ******** has been unacceptable and shady.Initial Complaint

I have been taking my 2019 Dodge Ram **** Dually truck for maintenance/warranty repairs to ******** Dodge in *******,** since I purchased the truck. I ALWAYS schedule an appointment, but they never have a bay for my truck and it just sits in their lot for days until they repair it. I have had this constant check engine light on my truck and they seem to temporarily repair it, then it pops back on when I get back home. Since March, I have had my transmission replaced.light came back on. Exhaust system replaced..light came back on. ERG system replacedlight came back on. Now all of the coolant is dumping out of my truck. Keep in mind that these repairs are pretty much back to back. Apparently they are upset because I gave them a customer service review that reflects the services that I have been receiving. My check engine light and coolant light came on within 24 hours of picking it up from the shop. I called them once again to tell them the light was back on and the coolant keeps dumping. They told me that the coolant has nothing to do with the last repair, but I could bring it back in and they would get to it when they could, About an hour later, I received a call from Napleton Dodge stating that they were no longer going to make repairs on my vehicle per corporate . This service **** has to be negligent any time I have the same heck engine light on immediately after getting the truck home. I am both disappointed and insulted. I dont suggest anyone take their vehicle there for service because they seem to make things worse and they are extremely rude! Your vehicle will sit on the loft for a week without them even diagnosing it, Horrible , terrible service!Business response

This complaint is for a Ram dealership in *******, **. That was never our dealership, and for your records we have since sold our Chrysler Jeep Dodge store that was at ******************************* in *******. It was sold in June 2022.Initial Complaint

On January 29th 2022 I had an accident which totaled out my vehicle ( a total loss). I called the dealership of which I purchased my vehicle from to inform them of the total loss and set up a refund for the *** coverage as well as EXTENDED WARRANTY coverage that I purchased along with the sell of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. The dealership sent out forms to complete via email, which required information from to send to them in order to receive my refund. I sent the completion of the form and all additional information required to send my refund. Spoke with different representatives who assured me that all information required was received and informed me that I should receive my refund sometime in late April or the beginning of May 2022. Required Documentation requested: Payoff letter from insurance company (State Farm), the original contract of the EXTENDED WARRANTY and *** coverage! The dealership is now refusing my calls and will not respond at all. I have left numerous messages on voicemails and now I only get the general mailbox in oppose to ***** @ ext: 303 or ***** @ ext: 313 whom I was given to speak with. I was told the process may take up to 45 days to issue out a refund, it has been well over that. I loss my only source of income on 4/29/22 due to COVID 19 which keeps ramping up with new variants. I am the sole and only income provider for my family. I have 3 children to support with a set of twins that who is looking forward to attending college this fall. Please Im begging for your assistance! Please help me!!!Business response

Apologies for the delayed reponse. The check for cancellation proceeds was put in the mail on 5/18 for the warranty. ***** Fargo was sending her the proceeds of the Gap cancellation. I assume that the customer has received the refunds by now and the matter should be resolved.
