Absolutely unethical business practices They pocketed $1900 dealer contribution discount offered by *** to new customer leasing a new car?!! I asked them for any credit or rebate or discount before I picked up my new I5. Only to be told by a colleague that they pocketed my credit even though its advertised on their web!!!That is a highway robbery and disgrace. When I asked my sales person he told me too bad! BEWARE IF YOU BUY A USED CAR HERE!!! You're not going to believe what this dealership's General Sales Manager told me. I purchased a used 2015 BMW w/ 57k miles. ****** 2 weeks it started acting up. I scheduled a service call to find out what's wrong. Before the service appointment the car broke down leaving my son stranded on the highway in the middle of the night. I'm told the battery was dead and needed replaced, and the alternator also needed to be replaced to a sum of just under $3,000. The tow truck cost over $100. I PAID OVER 20k for this car for my 2 children. I asked that Perillo pay the cost of my battery and tow since I had owned the car for less than 1 month. I was told NO! Dealership is not going to cover the charge. I told Sales Manager about the Consumer Fraud Act which protects consumers like us and the ****** laws which also protect us from bad businesses. Sales Manager told me this was my fault and I should talk to my lawyer. I told him I AM a lawyer. Not only did they lose what could have been a few years of service but lost me as a first time customer. Guess I'll call my attorney as he recommended.Review from Tashana W

I had an experience at this dealership that left me feeling uneasy. From the moment my husband and I arrived it just seemed as thought the sales man was very interested, he disappeared and left us upstairs several times which left us thinking he wasnt. It just seemed really weird and uncomfortable but then once we got to the point of checking credit, he started becoming weird about the application which really made me sense something was up. Mind you we havent run credit or done anything yet to warrant his weirdness. We were so uncomfortable that we decided to just go ahead and cancel all together because it didnt seem that they were eager to help us! Once we canceled he went to grab our car and we didnt see him again which was rude! What actually upset me was when we were waiting for our car we got a notification from creditors saying it was a hard inquiry that hit and guess from where PERILLO BMW!!! Mind you we didnt proceed nor did we move forward so them going ahead and running credit anyway ****** us completely off.Review from Herb V

Purchased a CPO 7 series from them, I live 4 hours away and got all work done over phone. Came to pick up the car in our Scheduled appointment and they tell us the owner has the car and hes not here now, g f I ally shows up with a dirty car back windshield had no tint and rest of car did (was being replaced by them because of a chip) not really a big deal but pretty unexpected. Then the car was listed with having the display key. They then argue and scream at me saying used cars dont have to have anythings its listed with. I asked for my deposit back in a certified check and told them I will not buy the car. They did not corporate and offers to give a second regular key for car. Only bought car because I was 4 hours away from home.Review from Annas D

Very bad customers service. Not direct and not honest at all. You show them you interest in a car they have, they run your credit and ask you to submit documents (that do not make sense) and after you do just that. They sell the car to someone else. They had a 2019 M240i X drive. I showed interest buying the car, filled their credit application and they run my credit. All very normal, but they asked for my Green **** and the renewal of my Green **** and when I did just that. They tell me documents are not acceptable and we are selling the car to someone else. Who is left with a credit Enquiry on their file and without a car? Unbelievable!Review from Galo R

I took my car to get service at this location. when they told me the issue and how much it will cost, I was not able to afford it. The issues were I needed to replace gaskets and drop the oil pan to make sure no foreign items is inside the oil pan. I took my vehicle home because I was going to take it to the shop to get repaired because I got paid. When I turned on my vehicle the car started to chock like it couldn't get air and then turned off. I opened the hood and saw a part missing from the air filter that help **** in the air though the air filter. I called they told me that the part was missing. Before I even picked up the car, they never told me that the part was missing. They just told me they need to replace gaskets. I do not recommend going to this place for services.Review from annmarie

i am writing to share my disappointment with my purchase and the subsequent handling of the issue presented with my new car. I have been asking since my test drive about the seat adjustment. The seat is exceptionally low and will not adjust to a comfortable height for driving. I am a taller than average women at 5' 7" and I should not have a problem with the seat height. Currently, I am driving with a three inch cushion to make the line of visibility acceptable. There is clearly something wrong with the seat. I mentioned this during the test drive, also when I picked up the car the day of the sale. I was told the car went through rigorous inspection and was brought to BMW standards. I was told to bring the car into service for evaluation, which I did. After the tech looked at the adjustments, he brought me to a new car model and asked that I sit and adjust it to determine if there was a difference. And yes, there is a notable difference. He then told me to arrange for a service appointment with my salesperson for further evaluation. I have reached out to ****** ******, my salesperson, to ask for next steps in handling the problem, but he is not responding. My excitement over the purchase of my beautiful new BMW has been completely overshadowed by my disappointment and distress. I trusted the BMW brand and reputation and I now feel I was misled for the sake of the sale. I am asking for your help in the solution to this issue. I don't feel after spending $26k on a car, I should have to drive with a 3" cushion on the seat.Review from Robert T

I live next door to Perillo BMW service center that begins using air drills at 7AM, which I can hear through my walls. Per ************ ordinance this is only allowed beginning at 8AM.I went in person today to see the area, which is adjacent to the 4th floor where I live on ***************, and confirmed they have and are using those drills at this location, and that they start doing this every morning at 6:30AM.The person I spoke with dismissed my complaint as irrelevant since Weve been here for 20 years and was rude and unhelpful. I reminded him that laws are not based on longevity of breaking them, and certainly not doing whatever you feel like because of who you are.Pursuant to this review, I'm also filing a claim with the relevant ******** for this ****.Perillo BMW, Inc.
