I would not ever do business with this Dealer again nor would I recommend their services to my most hate enemies. I Financed a car through this Dealership in 2022, I was referred by a family member so I believed I was in good hands only to find out later that I was scammed of over $10,000. Not only was I duped into paying insanely more to the dealership for a car nearing its end of life cycle (not even 6 months after complaining and trying negotiating with the dealership I found out the car was just better than a lemon because I had to make a major repair.) I was offered a warranty that expired long before it would be useful, I tried explaining to the dealer and got a tuff luck attitude and days later received mail stating that my loan was sold to a credit bureau, affectively trapping me in this loan.

On Thursday I came into your dealership with my Father who has been buying cars from you since I was a child. I came into your dealership as a first-time buyer. My Sales rep was Salem. I was very honest with Salem. I told Salem that I wanted my payments to stay at 350 to $400. I was asked my credit score. My credit score was a 730. I was very hesitant about my credit being ran if Salem wasnt sure what my payments would be. Salem went to get another guy whom I believe was a manager. That manager asked me that if he could keep my payment between $350 and $400 would I be interested. I told him that I would. Both gentlemen ran my credit and told me that my score was a 700 and they could only get me to $466 monthly payment. 20 minutes before coming into your dealership, I looked at my scores which was 730. They told me my score was 700 and that was the best that they could do. And that if I went to another dealership it would be the same. I test drove the car and believe what Salem had said to me. I asked Salem how long would I have to return the car. SALEM TOLD ME 3 days for a return if I was not happy with my purchase. I was in your dealership until closing. When I got home, I decided to look closer at the contract, reviewed my credit profile and realize that Salem was not honest. I contacted Salem to see if it was possible to get into a different car that would better fit my budget. Salem told me yes and to come to the dealership. I was looking at the ****** Sentra 2019. The car had way too many miles and was very nasty in the inside. It also smelled very bad. I asked Salem if the loan was processed because I did not want either car. He told me that there was no refunds and also that the car was damage and that someone had hit me. I havent driven the car. It was a very small white spot that I wouldnt mind getting fixed myself. And I do mean very small. But Salem lied to me. Salem did what sleezy salesman. Ready to *** this dealership

I have purchased several cars from Rogers Auto Group and have always had a positive experience there. However, today, that has all changed. I purchased a new car from them over Memorial Day weekend (May 2021). I love the car, but I don't love how I was treated today by a service manager named ******. I brought the car in for service for a windshield wiper fluid issue that I have had from day one - thewiper fluid does not come out of the front or back wipers. Backstory - When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased a package that included interior scotch-guarding, which I did within a 2 week period after the purchase of the vehicle. Before bringing the car in to get scotch guarded, I tried to wash the windows using the windshield wiper fluid and none came out (front or back). The day I took the vehicle in to be scotch-guarded, I mentioned that they may not have put in windshield wiper fluid, they apologized, looked at it and said there was "a little" fluid in there, but it was not full so they filled it up. During that time, no service person tested or tried to use the windshield wipers/fluid to see if it worked. During all of the months after I purchased the vehicle, I never had the need to use the windshield wiper fluid and did not check again to see if it worked until the fall when I took the vehicle for its first oil change. Before I brought the vehicle in for the oil change, I checked to see if the washer fluid worked and it still didn't dispense any washer fluid. I mentioned to the service person that the wiper fluid still did not come out and emphasized that fluid never dispensed from the time I purchased the vehicle. I was told by this service person that I needed to make an appointment and bring the vehicle in to be looked at for this issue. However, the car was on risers while having the oil changed and the service person could have had someone look at the wiper fluid lines, but no one did. Between the fall and winter, I did not have a need to use the wipers or wiper fluid and I didn't have an opportunity to bring the vehicle in to be looked at for this issue until today, January 14, 2022, along with a few other issues that needed to be looked at. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from the serviceman and was told that rodents chewed through the wiring for the washer fluid harness for both front and rear options and that it was not covered under warranty and that it could be repaired for the low, low price of $954. When I said that I was not paying for that repair, theserviceman told me to call the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, which I did. When I did not get a return phone call from the salesperson, I called the salesperson's service manager, ******, who also did not return my call. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle this evening, I went to the sales floor to speak with ******, and it just went downhill from there. After we exchanged a few words, I reiterated to ****** that the washer fluid never worked from the time I purchased the vehicle and ****** just kept asking me over and over why I didn't bring the vehicle back, which I replied, I did 2 times for various reasons and both times I mentioned the windshield wiper fluid issue. I think that ****** thought I was too dumb to see through his condescending tactic and tone because my answers never changed. And when he asked me for a third, fourth or fifth time why I didn't bring the vehicle back my response was this..."how many times are you going to ask me that?" and his response was "until you answer me." and my response was "I have answered you ******, several times." We bantered back and forth about who was not paying for this service and when he asked me one more time why I didn't bring the vehicle back, I responded by asking him why the vehicle was not inspected before letting me drive it off the lot, and why was it not inspected/checked when I brought it in to be scotch-guarded after the purchase and I mentioned the wiper fluid issue, and why when the vehicle was on risers in the fall getting the oil changed and I again mentioned the wiper fluid issue, no one looked or noticed chewed wires. ****** asked me what we could do to remedy the situation and I indicated that I was not paying for this and should not be expected to pay for it and his response was that the dealership was not paying for it either all the while continuing to speak to me in a condescending manner and continuing his attempt to confuse me by asking me the same questions in different ways. The analogies and innuendos he used to try and confuse me, along with his continued condescending tone, as if I was not smart enough to see through him, was insulting, uncalled for and really, really disappointing. I will never refer anyone to buy a car from them and unfortunately, this one bad experience outweighs all of the past positive experiences I ever had. And as convenient as this location is for me, I will never buy a car from them again if this is how they treat loyal customers...any customers.
