I placed two orders to MyoBuddy on their website on 3/21/22 for their MyoBuddy Massager Pro 2 products -one as a gift to my daughter in ************, ** and one for myself. My daughter's product arrived several weeks later. Despite many emails and phone calls, I didn't receive my second order until April 26, 2022 and it arrived in a badly damaged box with internal packaging damaged as well. I contacted the company ********** ********************** who assured me he would ship out a new product and advised me not to use the damaged one. On one of several phone calls I made over the five week period, he was very rude and attributed his difficulty in filling orders to the fact his products were being shipped by Amazon and that Amazon had been shipping damaged goods. After hearing the excuses several weeks in a row, I emailed the company on 4/28,22 and asked that my order be cancelled and stated that I would refuse the shipment. Despite my email to cancel the shipment and leaving a note on my porch for the *** driver not to deliver the product and to return it to the sender, *** delivered the product on my porch anyway. A company employee contacted me the next day (5/4/22) and made arrangements to have both the damaged product and the unopened replacement product picked up and said she would credit my **** as soon as the pickup was scanned in and that she would be watching to see when it was scanned. The product was picked up on May 6, 2022. I emailed the company to again request a refund and stated that I was able to see the product was in fact picked up by the postal carrier on May 6 at 12:39pm. I have not heard back from the company and no credit has been issued to my ****. Please help me file a complaint.Sincerely,*************************** ************************* ************
